Fabulous hotel. Most comfortable bed I've had in a long time. Great location. Right next to Graceland. Movie every night in their theatre room and nightly music in lobby. A+++ staff and accommodations. Highly recommend

Smoking area is right next to shuffleboard. Although it’s outside, it was pretty strong every time we played.

Beautiful place! Delicious foods at both restaurants and the coffees were great at Shake, Rattle, and Go. Pool and games outside were fun. Bar options good. Easy check-in. Spacious rooms with beautiful decor. Fabulous shower! Great experience. We would definitely stay again!

The water in the pool is very cloudy.

The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and great shower. The location was fantastic, right next door to Graceland Home and opposite the Graceland Museum etc. The lobby bar has a great happy hour and Lauren was amazing.

I didn't bring my swimming suit. But like i said, no bad reviews from me all 5 stars.

I enjoyed everything it was friendly environment, food was so delicious, my room was excellent and the staff was helpful. The place was so beautiful I will being stay again. Looking forward to seeing Graceland and you.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking. I believe that should be a given when you stay somewhere to be able to park your car.

The building was beautiful inside and out. The food was great. But my favorite part was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The king size bed didn’t have a full bottom sheet. It only went 3/4 the length of the bed leaving exposure to the mattress pad. The Duvet was heavy and the room temp had to be turned down at night for it to be comfortable. There was not any blanket alternatives.

Inside environment was nice. Outside seating was good with the fire pits. Nightly entertainment was good. Pool was nice.

There was no working smart fan in the bathroom (which is a must with 4 people). The bed sheets looked and felt old but beds were comfortable. Thought the shuttle and parking fee should be included in room fee unless paying for valet parking.

We loved the Guest House.. everything at our fingertips. Our room had a great view of the pool/courtyard where we could keep an eye on our teenage girls safely without hovering. The food was delicious and competitively priced. However, the breakfast buffet too pricey for us. We loved the location to Graceland Mansion and Beale St. The staff was awesome! We had the pool, games, fire pit, movie theater, the Kings PBJ to enjoy. Great experience. Would stay again.

Our late-teen kids were looking forward to the peanut butter and jelly bar, even more so after they saw the picture in the hallway. However, they were very disappointed by the tiny amount of filling on the sandwich. Housekeeping/maintenance is a little lacking. Our room was nice and the beds were soft enough. The ceiling in the shower had some obvious repair done (two, 12" squares) but it was not finished nicely at all. Also, the nob in our shower, presumably to alternate between the regular and rain shower heads, was broken. The fridge in the room didn't cool our drinks down much and instead we used our tiny travel cooler and filled it with ice. The room was clean but when we asked housekeeping for conditioner (none was in our room) we were told they didn't have any. Then we saw it for sale in the gift shop. It seems silly to have a "resort fee" and to charge $10/night for parking. Although the fees are not exorbitant, it gives the impression on nickel-and-diming guests. The last item is not their fault but the 20.45% hotel tax in Memphis is rather ridiculous.

Finishes in hotel are nicer than the average Comfort Suites, Best Western, or Drurry Inn. By that I mean rather than walls painted flat white, they are covered with textured wallpaper, the shower stall is fully glass-enclosed, and the sconces in the hallways have EP on them, which makes for a classier feel. Easy 5-min walk across the street to Graceland entrance (if you don't want to wait for the shuttle). Gated and patrolled parking. It was nice to be 10 min from downtown as we didn't want to stay downtown. Front desk staff was nice. We would stay here again and recommend it to others, especially if they are able to get it during a special price offering.

The line to get a pbj sandwich was ridiculously long.

Gorgeous property. The pool and outdoor area are top notch. The room was clean and spacious. The live music in the lounge was a huge plus.
