Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The guitar light show was amazing. Food was very good but pricey.

United StatesI did not like that I paid 700$ for 1 night and my room was not ready for check in so I had 30 min I could not go in . Also , the next morning it looks like cleaning staff are told to knock on doors early before checkpoint to hurry people to leave.

United StatesThe swimming pools (4 pools) were beautiful but we were kicked out after half hour at one of the pools (was told closed at 4pm) and told to move to another smaller crowded pool so we left and decided to go back to our room.

BahamasMy only two issues we had were, not many choices on the TV. Most importantly, the parking garage was shut down for a Comedy show, the other parking garage was full, and both sections of the hotel had valet services but both valet lots were full, so this caused me to have to drive around for 50 mins in between the different floors of the one parking garage to find a space which we still did not find and out of frustration, we ended up leaving to go get ice cream and kill time until the comedy show ended, which by the way was very late at night. I would expect that the hotel would make sure parking is available and suitable or special for its hotel guests and anyone else comes after, but I would expect that any hotel guests have rights to a section of the parking garage and that it shouldn't be shut down or closed for guests. Even if a guest has to use his room key to enter a gated parking area or to get pass the police barriers. But it should not be where a guests is told by the staff that he/she just has to wait until the garage is opened or keep driving and checking until you find a spot. That is not fair to paying guests. Especially to not have Valet also because that too was full.
I loved everything about the property, amenities, location, staff, cleanliness, service, night life, the room, the bathroom, the security and the history of all the pictures, cars, and displays.

QatarCheck in was a nightmare after a 15 hour flight. We were kept waiting for over an hour whilst an issue was solved between the hotel and booking.com (which we were informed happens regularly). Initially we were asked to resolve it ourselves but eventually the Hard Rock team stepped up, however, we were sat on the floor in a corner of the lobby during the whole process and this should have been handled better. If the problem is so regular I am not sure why this platform is still utilised by the hotel or the issue is not resolved.
The property is just amazing! Such a good vibe. Exactly what you would expect from a Hard Rock Property in Miami.
