Ideal location easy to reach from 81. Property was beautiful, rooms brand new and nicely appointed. Both the restaurant and in lobby bar offered great menus and drinks - both were delicious. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay again!

We were unsuccessful at finding a good place to eat in the area. Next time we will try the Restaurant on set at the Hotel.

We do not like the lights on the bottom of the bed that are motion sensored! They disturb our sleep! The downstairs cafe needs some work. This is our third time at this property. The coffee is expensive and the staff is not very friendly. They do have Kurigs in the rooms but regular coffee must be priced. The staff will not add sweetener or change the recipe for the coffee to make it like you like it! This is definitely not Starbucks despite the above Starbucks pricing. Full house this weekend but trash cans around facility were left overflowing.

This property is centrally located and a beautiful hotel. We love the look and the size of the room.

Could not connect to the Wi-Fi, Various trash receptacles in front of the hotel and on the first/ground floor were beyond full during my whole stay, I wish there were recycling receptacles in the public areas.

Room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable with easy temperature controls, Comfortable beds, Nice restaurant and bar on the top floor.

I reserved the accessible room, since I thought that my husband would join me. The room was large and the facilities would have been perfect for him. The only suggestion would be that the power strip was not accessible from the nightstand. It would have been more convenient to have the power strips above the nightstand, instead of to the sides.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful rooms. Staff put me in an adjacent room to family member, just as I asked ahead of time!

The hotel was new and clean. We checked in late due to traveling from Missouri early that morning. The staff was polite and expecting us to arrive. Check in and out was flawless.

Our first night the internet was out but it was working on the second night of our stay.

The Radford Highlander is directly across the street from the Radford campus. The hotel seemed new, with artwork on the walls. The rooms were very. Our shower was amazing. The rooms had a small refrigerator in them we made use of.

The Highlander was the perfect place to stay over the night before our college tour of Radford. The hotel was awesome-really nice in every way. I loved the artwork especially!

Wifi was the only issue but still able to do the worked I needed to get done.

One of the two elevators (larger freight elevator) was out of service or disabled at the time/evening/day of my arrival (and no warning sign posted). At check-in, there could have been more promotion of the nice restaurant/bar on the top floor (which I tried and had a great meal and cocktail)

Location was great, along with the room rate. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the facility, along with the on-site restaurant/bar. The room/bathroom size (footage) exceeded my expectations. Free parking and very little weekend traffic in the quiet neighborhood.

The choice of channels to watch tv was very limited and the only app to use was Nerflix.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was located right across from Radford which is why we were there. The roof top restaurant was AMAZING!
