Saturday price was much higher comparing to other weekdays.

A special note on how polite and friendly the guys at the valet service were. The building has an outstanding architecture and the room deco is amazing.

Room needs attention. Bed had a metal piece of the frame sticking out, that was dangerously sharp. The tile in the bathroom needs attention. Rm 1012

We were placed in a handicap room. When using the shower, the water poured all the way out into the middle of the bathroom and soaked the entire floor. Also, the automatic blinds and shades did not work.

The building was old and beautiful.

I didn’t like that you had to pay $45 to park car overnight on top of the cost of the room which was almost $300. I didn’t like the fact that you had no idea where the checking encounter was. And I also didn’t like that one of the elevators were down so it was hard to get elevators.

They are nice rooms. It was a little warm in there when I got there so glad we got to control our own temperature so I had the air conditioning on.

Would have loved a free breakfast option. Not crazy about the guild products in the bath, which have a strong scent.

The room was comfortable and well appointed and equipped, although a little small. Enjoyed views of the city around us.

Next to liquor store that attracts some shady characters. Very small room and not the cleanest rooms.

The location was ok but the downtown was a bit scary for 2 women at night. There was a lot of random people just hanging around drinking on the street around the hotel

The room we ended up was beautiful and spacious. The manager was amazing. She upgraded our room and was just amazing

Our room was lacking . Only 1 robe, 1 coffee, 1 cup & when we asked at the front desk, we were told that we had to come down in the morning to grab coffee from thr lobby. Also, a regular mini fridge instead of the wine fridge would be a far better choice as ours was warmer inside the fridge than the actual room temp so it was of no use to us.

We liked the property. Mixing the old but beautiful historic building with the modern/funky decor. The restaurant was very good & the bartender/waiter went out of his way to answer questions & make suggestions. He even held our desserts in his cooler until we came back from our concert later that evening so we had a cold midnight treat!Loved him!

The downtown location is a dead town on the weekend. We spent most of out time walking about an hour away to find some lively spots. 10-15 minutes by car.

Great hotel. Our stay was very comfortable. If you're going to watch any of the big 3 teams, It's close to all the sports teams facilities. But... If not...

Not sure you can solve this but felt uncomfortable with some of the people who were yelling and using profane language with one another outside the hotel.

The bathroom is open and not very private. The toilet area does have an opaque sliding glass door.

It’s in a beautiful historic building with character. The decor is very cool! I chose this place for my husband’s birthday celebration. It has great masculine vibes. Excellent location! Easy walk to Market Square and the cultural district. Great staff. Loved the bathrobes!

The only thing I found disturbing was a room tray was in the hallway Friday night when we arrived and it was still there when we left Sunday morning at 6am.

No complaints, the lobby check in is just slightly confusing because it is located on the second floor and the stairs leading to it are tight.

Very nice and clean, even with the mix up it was quickly fixed and we were given info about the hotel's offerings, give free appetizer cards for the restaurant, and offered suggestions for things to do during our stay.

Restaurant opened early - closed late, but very small. Crowded most of the time, we dined there once, but went elsewhere for the remainder of our stay.

The building was built in 1902 - Lots of character. Room was small, but clean. Great location. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
