Cozy place. Wilderness all around. Clean and nice ambiance. The host was really nice and welcoming and gave us suggestions for tours. Breakfast was quite a lot and delicious.

Nothing. The only thing that I would suggest, but it isn’t anything bad, is if they can install a couple of hooks next to the door for the dog’s leashes.

The customer service was top notch. Max was so informative, pleasant, and went above and beyond. We stayed in the Jackrabbit which is a dog friendly room, and it was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. The water heated up really quickly and the pressure was amazing. They had everything we needed if we had forgotten something, it would have been here for us. Breakfast was delivered to our room so it felt like we were in a high end BNB, but with such reasonable pricing. Parking was easy even though it wasn’t right next to the room, it was still very close. Don’t have anything negative to say about this place and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

There were only a few minor issues one can expect in most hotel rooms. The bathroom sink plug didn’t want to stay in the open/upright position. I didn’t care for the breakfast quiche but the scrambled eggs are great.

The room was well maintained and clean. The view of the forest was charming. The staff are very attentive and kind, above and beyond anywhere I’ve stayed. Breakfast always served fresh, and tastes great. Really a great stay.

The only issue was due to my late arrival. The check in was a bit cumbersome for someone arriving at my late hour and not having been there before. The was a key code that I had to access via email and I was not set up properly to retrieve all this. Wouldn't recommend to a newcomer to arrive late like I did. Instead, arrive when someone is there to help you. All that said, management was very helpful to me even at that late hour.

The management was very helpful when I arrived late and they stayed up to help me get into my room. They were very kind and helpful! The place was isolated from other rooms and I felt very comfortable having it all to myself. Very quiet and nice.

We should have chosen to have breakfast in the main unit. The table in the room was to small for such a nice breakfast. It would have allowed us more room and we could have had an extra cup of coffee.

Breakfast was good and very well presented. The inn is easy to access from I-5 and there is no road noise.

It was a little tricky for the two of use to find sufficient and convenient electrical receptacles. We made it work so not a real issue in the end.

The property was beautiful tucked back in the trees. Pretty garden areas to walk thru with seating areas to enjoy the views. We had a breakfast menu to fill out each day with our choices for the next morning. There was even a gluten free option for my husband. Breakfast was brought to our room or served on the beautiful patio overlooking the trees on the property. Max and the staff were always available to help with anything we needed.

Communication from the Inn Keeper was personable and extremely helpful. The Inn was quiet and comfortable in a pristine, serene setting. The delicious daily breakfast was an added bonus. Although the staff mainly stays behind the scenes, their competent presence is felt in the detail and quality of the amenities provided. If you are in the Shasta area, I would highly recommend this unique gem!

The patio of room "Robin" points to the parking lot.

This well maintained Inn is romantically surrounded by forest, 2 hollywood swings available, a large patio for a wonderful outside breakfast and a cozy lobby. The staff was always friendly and accomodating. Our room "Robin" had a small sitting area and a fireplace.
