Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe internet didnt work so if you wanted to enjoy the tv would also not work and it wouldn’t let u connect your hotspot to it so u feel like u living in dark age, we live in 2023 and still vacation spots dont have internet . They said they will give me credit which obviously will they never did , upon asking multiple time they still act like they wana give credit but never actually. So i will not recommend staying here to mess-up your vaccination . Would not recommend staying here.

United StatesWhen we reserved the apartment, it was stated in the agreement and description that Internet and TV would be available. I also read some of the most recent reviews just prior to arriving that mentioned the TV and Internet wasn't available (as it was stated "available" in the agreement). I contacted the agent via text...they replied and stated "it was included and it would be available". When we arrived, and throughout our stay, it was not available. Also, customer service for questions was not available. No one on property to help if needed. It was a nightmare just trying to get in to the apartment as the codes sent didn't make any sense. There were flammable cans sitting on top of the water heater in the closet (behind a closed door that we didn't notice until the day before we were leaving), and papers stuffed in the vents of the A/C intake inside the same area for the A/C in the room. Complete code violations here. We did not feel safe, had no where to put the flammable materials as we could not find anyone on property to properly dispose of these items. Would not recommend this property to anyone. The advertising makes it look and sound wonderful...don't fall for it. Spend the extra money and go to a nice resort hotel on the beach instead. We are asking for a refund due to the false advertising and health/safety concerns. We have photos of the code violations and plan to send them to the appropriate personnel.
Location was good. Definitely need to bring or rent a car, etc to get around if you want to get somewhere good to eat. Beach is close by...about a 3-5 minute walk across the street.

United StatesNO view. Loud pitch sound coming from fridge. I have ringing of ears so sound from fridge seemed to make it worse and with NO TV, for sound, made it unbearable. NO Internet was also Unsatisfactory. If had one of those two 'items', would have made visit more bearable. I am requesting, at the least, half of my Bill .....
Bathroom was very nice. Kitchen was sufficient.
