I arrived on Sunday at check in time and wasn’t able to tour the mansion.

The Inn just itself, was beautiful. However, everyone working there, from the valet, to concierge, to front desk, even the person answering the phone was hands down phenomenal! I walked around the Inn and admired the beauty of the venue and was welcomed and greeted by every single one of the staff. I was astonished to walk in my room and see the most gorgeous box on the well made bed with my personalized Vanderbilt robe. I felt like royalty. The show stopper of the day was driving through gates and seeing the Biltmore.

I didn't like that the staff that serviced the room reorganized all my cosmetics on the bathroom counter. That should not happen! They also moved my clothes in the room. That also should not happen!

When we went down for formal dinner, there was a gentleman in flip-flops and shorts. I thought this was more formal dining. There were also two other gentleman with short sleeve shirts. one couple had children and the child had a scooter she was riding through the dining room.

In Addition to above, the walls are thin, people next door were fighting from 10pm at night, thru 7am when we left!!

Place is Lovely.., restaurant and food amazing… room clean, but bed not fully made, room service couldn’t bring morning coffee to room for early departure, unfortunately staff never made mention there were other options… and there was.. better supervision is needed for that price hotel

beautiful view, little touches of elegance everywhere, amazing dining on the property. amazing amenities such as a Memorial Day party with a better fireworks show than what I have where I live with free drinks and food. staff extremely respectful, happy, and accommodating.

I was disappointed that there wasn't a smart TV or mini-fridge in the room. The accommodations are expensive, and I would expect at least those 2 amenities to be available.

My room was lovely, with a great view of the mountains. Dinner at the Inn was delicious, and I really loved the Breakfast on the Go option. The shuttle service was great, punctual and very convenient.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like… From the time we entered the Estate on our way to the Inn, we were made to feel like Family… Biltmore Estate, the scenery, the Inn, the grounds, the staff and especially the food was all amazing… This is a bucket list trip!!!

Our trip was too short.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. We loved being able to walk from the hotel to Antler Hill Village, as well as being able to take the shuttle to other areas in the Estate. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and we enjoyed the lounge with the live entertainment. We will definitely be back.
