We were there a day before the holiday weekend and even though the weather wasn't the best, the pool was not ready for usage. It would also have been nice to have some hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very cute and the bed was sooo comfortable. The bonus was how centrally located the Inn was to all the sightseeing spots. Just a great place!

This adorable inn exceeded. My expectations! IMy room seemed to have been remodeled recently with nice flooring and furniture. It was nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly and the location was ineasy walking distance to many shops.

It was off-season, the room was not cleaned for two days when I was told there would be room service every day. Probably trouble getting staff at the off time. Not a big problem.

The room was clean and comfortable. I was in Chincoteague to surf fish. I asked if a water hose was available so I could rinse the salt off equipment and my truck at the end of each day. I was graciously shown a hose bib that I used every day. Life saver! During the week, new arrivals were scattered around to maximize quiet. Very considerate.

Bathroom in need of an update, otherwise could not fault the motel style room.

Great location, within easy walking distance of several good places to eat, including a local small take away cafe where we picked up freshly baked scones for breakfast each morning. Good sized fridge provided in the room, as well as a microwave. Good value for money.

We had a great stay at Inn on Main. Rooms were clean and comfortable and they were able to put our 3 rooms next to each other. We would absolutely stay there again!

Needed more places to hang towels.

Room was very nice, clean, well organized, newer appliances and sink. Has a big fridge. Pool was beautiful and clean. Very nice screened in area for sitting or barbecuing.

Great location walkable to restaurants, ice cream, and shopping. Clean rooms, free parking, and great staff. Some other nearby spots were 4x as expensive. Why? This was safe and easy.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful with any needs. Lots of thoughtful touches making your stay a comfortable one. It is walking distance to downtown restaurants/shops/bars, etc. in either direction. As a single traveler I felt very safe and loved the character of this Inn on Main. Will return again😊

Could maybe use better/more parking. Its just small and old. Would have been difficult if we had brought our pickup, but with our crossover, it wasn't a big deal.

Beautifully renovated older motel with an adorable courtyard, firepit and pool area that actually stayed open pretty late! Super comfy bed! Loved that the floors were vinyl instead of carpeted, just felt super clean and refreshing.

Not really much of anything to dislike honestly. Maybe some sort of feedback could be for housekeeping to pay attention to detail and clean corners and crevices well and when doing updates again details matter. Caulking that's not replaced or certain hardware and miscellaneous items could still use updating.

Great location, comfy beds, lots of outlets, manager and other personnel were very friendly and always seen working to the benefit of the property and upkeep, pool and hang out area with a full grill, decor, cinderblock walls (I know odd, but they were painted white so very pretty and soft yet they blocked sound so we had no issues with outside noise or neighboring rooms disturbing us), and excellent value for price.

Loved the 50's revival Deco "flamingo" room! The bed was super comfy, and it was decorated well with plenty of dresser storage. The room was perfect for one person. There was a chair for seating. But if one is traveling for business, note that there is not a desk. But that's perfectly okay as this property is not geared towards business travellers. The WiFi was fast, and I had no problem streaming a movie on my tablet. The pool was petite, perfect, clean and well kept. There is a screened-in seating/dining area with a grill. This is a great feature as mosquitoes can be a menace in Chincoteague! The white lights in the trees looked festive and provided additional light in the parking area. The Inn on Main is an older property, but don't let that deter you from booking! I was truly impressed how well-appointed my room was...it even had a special black embroidered "makeup" facecloth for removing makeup. The lemongrass bamboo toiletries were quite nice too! I would definitely return for a stay.

There was light outside shining in and the curtains were not blackout. The window is close to the bed so it made it hard to sleep. Bathroom fan was really loud and seemed to be dying.

The entrance door had a big gap at the bottom, allowing warm air and bugs to get in.

The location was great... near the center of town and walking distance to many restaurants. The room was very comfortable. Nice that the sink is outside the shower/toilet room. Nice having a mini fridge and coffee maker.
