Although very comfy the bed seemed a little smaller than advertised and took up the entirety of the room. For one night it’s perfect!

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and no fridge. In that heat makes it not fun. We would buy drinks and snacks and they'd be warm within an hour in the room. Highly suggest they change that. Big problem in the bathroom. The shower has an elbow height partition wall topped with a glass shower screen. Screen has no anti leak flange attached, so when we showered, water would literally POUR over the partition and land in front of the toilet. And I mean, an inch deep on the floor. Slip hazard and can't be good for the tiled floor either. We ended up using the towels to mop the floor unfortunately. Coffee only available a small time window in the morning, from the lobby. No ice available ( although the shorter staff member made a trip to the closed bar to get us some, which was kind, and not the norm)

The style and look of the interior was beautiful. Beds were fantastic. Location was convenient to the main strip. Snacks and cans of drinks in the room on arrival was a lovely touch which was appreciated. One male staff member (the taller of the 2) was barely friendly and the other, shorter guy was super friendly. Rooftop bar has beautiful views and is a lovely experience

This is a fantastic place, loved the room and fell in love with the bathroom and the hand soap!! Bed was super comfy! Was transiting through Miami so only had a very short stay but would definitely stay again if I needed to be in the area.

The Hotel was nice, and in walking distance to Calle Ocho a lively and great place for cuban music and vibes! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Very minimal parking. Make sure you get back to the hotel at a decent time, Uber, or plan to park on the street. Street parking can be very difficult in the area. Thin walls, so be prepared to hear your neighbors easily. As others have mentioned small rooms, so mind your shins with the bed frame and the light/vent combo in the bathroom is loud.

Super cute vibe throughout the hotel. Loved the view from the rooftop (make a reservation and it is closed on Mondays). Nice clean room. Little Havana is a 15-20 minute walk, but you can get an Uber for less than $10, so no issues.

Our one complaint is that we could hear the music from the upstairs restaurant. We had trouble falling asleep because of this.

The property is adorable, tucked away in the little Havana neighborhood. The rooms were a bit small, but still cozy. We also liked the soaps/shampoo/conditioner available in the bathroom.

Beautiful setting. Cute little entrance, with cozy lounge type of area. The one outdoors is lush green with plants and a cute little meow who occasionally passes. Room was nice. shower as well. Clean. Fairly strong perfumes through out the building. Team was nice and smily.

Room was very small, and poorly ventilated- the AC unit didn't have a dehu option and with a rainy day we had condensation on our windows and everything in the room became a little damp. The rooftop bar was beautiful but left some to be desired- warm cocktails (legitimately, like they forgot to stir the ice) and only ok even after stirring them ourselves to bring them down to temp.

Nice boutique hotel with more character than a big name hotel. Good linens, friendly staff. Bathroom was also nice. Location was great. Weird addition- the smell in the hotel was really nice, haha.

We asked the hotel to book us a reliable taxi to the airport and were shocked that we suddenly had to pay 80 US dollars for the same distance which costed us 37 US dollar a day before. This is not how you care about your customers!!!!

What a nice atmosphere! Both in the entrance (where a casual check-in takes place), the room (not big but lovely decorated with a good bed and shower) and roof terrace (nice view and cozy lights/seating). No breakfast is provided.

Rooms look alot nicer in photos. They are clean enough, but not as well kept or large as the photos make them out to be. Maybe if you are from a big city you’d fine the neighborhood fine, but being from a smaller town it did not feel safe in the evening. There were homeless folks sleeping on the sidewalk about a block from the hotel. Staff said it was safe to walk home from dinner in the dark. But after the walk there in daylight we Ubered home even though it was less than 1/4 mile. There are only 5 parking spots, we were lucky to get one, they don’t have enough for all guests and I would have not been comfortable parking ours on the street, and there is not garage close by.

Difficult to get in touch with the personnel before our visit, but once at the hotel they were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has character and a nice vibe. I’ll have to go back to visit the Terras bar and restaurant as this closed early due to Thanksgiving during our stay.
