We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to town. Unfortunately Egg Harbor is under construction so it was not a pleasant walk. But, the hotel was excellent. Next time we visit Door County we will book it again.

United StatesFull size bed felt like in a closet. Traveling with friends and family- a few with snoring issues- open loft concept not a good plan for one in our party. (Especially with some rising earlier than others) May get roomier space next time- but most of us knew what we were getting!

Unfortunately we had to leave after only one night of staying there as our dog was killed by a family member by locking him in a cage for 8 hours with no water in the sun in a hot room with no ac. Our kids called completely devastated so we made the decision to go home. We just wish we could get a refund for the two nights we didn’t stay. We understand it isn’t your policy but we would love if you could help us out. Thanks
