Registration was very difficult. After entering our cc#, we should have been given our room #, and access code. We didn’t have wifi and it took us a long time to get the details.

There were no reception staff. We received a text with no name asking us to click on a link to put in passport and credit card details. Normally something we wouldn't do but it was the only way to get codes to get into our hotel and room. We didn't receive codes so contacted the phone no which was basically an answer phone telling us to log onto journey app. Couldn't find app as we later found out the app is spelt jurny . We got through to Booking.com rep who managed to contact the hotel to send the codes to the booking.com app. 45 mins later after long journey got into room. We were in room.10. It was so noisy all night as the aircon for all rooms has an outlet outside the bedroom window. Also there is an extractor in bathroom which was also very noisy and couldn't be turned off. would have gone to reception to change rooms but no Reception. Also couldn't leave suitcases anywhere after checkout as no reception .there was no mention of needing codes etc and that there is no reception on booking.com. Not sure how it can be called a hotel when there are no staff!!

Good location for overnight prior to cruise. Rooms were well furnished and shower excellent.

We arrived at the property at 11:00 pm. It is not well lit on the outside. It was difficult to see the entrance. There was also a lack of hot water in the morning.

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Had trouble getting in through the gate; code didn’t work. Had to use JURNY app. Checking in instructions weren’t clear about where our room was; had to look for it. TV remote was missing; they brought one the second day. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room. No microwave in room.

Quiet area, clean, cozy, seemed secure, and close to alot of shopping and food options.

The experience with this small hotel was a mixed bag. First, the room was very modern with some nice amenities. King bed was very comfortable with nice duvet and pillows, as well as a couple of throw pillows. There was a small refrigerator and an espresso machine. There was a huge (55” or larger) mounted on the wall. This was a Roku smart TV that allowed entering logins for your Prime Video, Netflix, etc. accounts. Instructions on the TV asked for your checkout date and indicated that your login info would be deleted when you left. However, the room was smallish (12 x 16 maybe) so there was no place to put a chair for sitting. The wardrobe was a small unit with some hangars and a shelf, but no drawers. There was an iron and small bedtop ironing board. There was an umbrella provided. Bathroom was very modern with a rainfall combination showerhead (rainfall, waterfall, front jets, handheld sprayer). Unfortunately , the water temperature was only lukewarm. The door to the shower only stretched half the length of the stall, so considerable water ended up on the floor. There is no maid service, and when I happened to meet one of the owners, he explained that they were operating it like an air B n B, although this was not mentioned in any of the listings I saw. I have to say that the owner was VERY interested in my impressions and issues, and even interviewed me on camera so he could share my concerns with his partners. My biggest issue was with the no-contact check in procedure. I booked through Booking.com, and had quite a few problems. The hotel doesn’t accept Amex. I used my Mastercard, but my bank sent me a message that the charge appeared fraudulent and rejected it. This is because it was being processed in the Netherlands. I was able to confirm that I did indeed make that charge and was able to go back to Booking.com to reenter the card info.

They had a nice shower, but the thing would slightly shock us. Not cool. Check your wiring bro. Also, the coffee maker didn't work.

Dirty kitchen( there was trash left from previous customers), bedding ( flat pillows, needs a blanket and extra bedding for the couch) Loud air conditioner, the unit smells old. Neighbors were loud all night

Room was “tight”, would have appreciated a couch and a regular rather then tall table and chair set. Please add some drawers for cloth storage.

Because of our schedule we were not able to stay very long but we had time to enjoy the nice inside garden they have. Staff was awesome. Air conditioning unit was noisy though. But overall, I would recommend.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom with kitchen, and it was nice-sized for the price, clean, and we felt pretty safe there. Whole Foods was less than a minute walk, and what we needed was all within walking distance.
