The hotel is a bit dated. I stayed there 6 years ago and was very impressed, so decided to go back this year. I think it needs a bit of refurbishment by now. There are several other newly built and modern hotels nearby, which can be a little more expensive but worth it - I also stayed in one of them and it was better experience. Breakfast was very, very basic and I believe it's always the same with limited choice of options. Perhaps making a twist and offering different types of breakfasts few times a week would help a bit.

Location is great, very close to Beverly Hills, many nice cafes and restaurants on Sunset Boulevard. Not many homeless people around - big plus too. The room itself was quite spacious, with enough space for a family of 4. Nice pool on the roof top - our kids enjoyed it very much.

These are minor complaints and only because this is 5* hotel and fairly pricey- the in-room amenities could have been better, with slippers and nicer bath products. The cash wet bar was a bit tacky. A hotel of this caliber should offer complementary bottled water, not insanely marked up booze and snacks. The room was clean but not super clean. In an all white bathroom, every little spot shows. Mattress could be improved.

This is a lovely hotel with massive rooms. The bathroom was beautifully tiled like a Roman bath. The pool area was very nice and the bar and breakfast room were comfortable. The complementary breakfast was a nice touch. Staff were very nice, esp those who were working the valet/ door. There were always tons of cars but they made sure everything ran smoothly.

The Valet parking rate for hotel guests is extremely high - $70 per night

Perhaps it would have been nice to have a slightly larger breakfast choice but what we had was fine and it really was not a huge problem.

This is a truly lovely hotel in the perfect location! The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable and all of the hotel facilities are perfect. The staff are very efficient, helpful and friendly in general and we could not have had a better stay.

Amazing facility. I would definitely stay here again, The staff were friendly. When I arrived in the evening, my room wasn't ready. However, the staff were very accommodating and I was given a voucher for a drink and communication was clear. I didn't have to wait long. The room was beautiful and clean.

The in & out is a bit tricky and can get congested at peak times or when an event is happening (The London has loads of event spaces). The valets really earn their tips.

Divinely spacious and comfortable bedroom and bathroom with great shower. Fabulous bed and linen. Lovely staff, great breakfast and plenty of spaces to get work done. Too busy to make it up to the roof to check out the pool... but we'll be back!

I would have appreciated if they changed up the breakfast items a bit. Six days of the same exact items gets redundant.

The London Hotel was fantastic. It's a beautiful property with a cool vibe. The hotel at the edge of West Hollywood was the perfect location for our girls trip. It's close to Beverly Hills and all things Hollywood. The fairly extensive continental breakfast that was included was convenient and good. The restaurant had great food for dinner and a great atmosphere. The rooftop hotel was very nice, and a great escape. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We really liked the size and layout of our room, and the views from our balcony were beautiful! I always rate a hotel by deciding if I would go back, and I definitely would return to The London!

The only thing I would say was not enough toiletries amenities, plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash but only 1 body cream and no cotton pads and ear buds but not a major complaint.

The room was spacious and light, the beds were really comfortable we had a great night sleep, we had a massive sofa in the room there was a small dining table and large desk - just great amount of space! The bathroom was huge and the shower was really powerful.

I loved this hotel! The location was great for exploring West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, shopping, and the Grove. I am from LA, but in all my return trips, I have never stayed on this side of town - it will be my new go-to spot from now on. So many bus lines close by, and the Big Bus stops right across the street!! Room was spacious and had a balcony! Huge bathroom! The complimentary breakfast was filling! There were plenty to fill me up. Staff was very friendly. And the pool lived up to the hype - plenty of chairs and what a view!

Stunning hotel in West Hollywood with secluded entrance. Extremely nice staff. Dinner in restaurant and breakfast were delicious with good choices. Breathtaking rooftop pool with fantastic LA views. Bus station for sightseeing conveniently across entrance. Only stayed for a night but definitely coming back!
