When we arrived the hotel did not have a record of our booking. Room very outdated and dim, bathroom was the same Carpets were stained and dirty

I haid to wait 5 hours for my room, then had to climb 7 floors to access my room and then in the morning another guest lands up at my room as he was alotted it even though I was the occupant of the room

Loud noise from the street.

It was a great location for Broadway, and convenient for Uptown and Downtown.

The elevator was very dirty the first day. The hallway carpet was totally worn out and the walls badly need to be painted. The room furniture was worn out but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom tub was worn out and the bathroom sealing showed major water damage. No excuss for the added fees. This was not a resort!

the day we checked in, the hotel indicated there was smoke so the fire brigade had to do a check which took a very long time, while we had just arrived from a long flight and needed rest and refresh. On the day we checked out, the water was off and we had to wait a long time, finally the shower could be used for bathing. Old building.

The original rooms are very dated and wall paper is pealing, holes in walls. The new room are decorated to a good standard, however due to the new laminate flooring and gaps under doors, it is very very noisy!! Impossible to sleep even with ear plugs in.

The staff were absolutely outstanding, given how busy they were, they did not fail to make you feel like the only person there. The location of hotel was perfect. The beds are super comfortable.

Poor cleanliness, outlets not working, room phone not working, housekeeping did not replace towels and it took 12 hours and two requests at the front desk to get new ones.

Rooms were subpar. No wash clothes, remote didn’t work correctly. Outlets were a hazard. Elevator did not work had to use service elevator. Felt like more of a mid motel instead of a hotel

Key cards not working. Hot water tap handle loose. Alarm clock blinking and no way to correct, just faced it against the wall

Front desk staff is very rude. I don't know why they show so much of attitude to everyone.. you can't ask anything to them. Very unfriendly.

Location is perfect for exploring manhattan all attraction. Times square is just few steps away from hotel..

Internal building decorations are outdated. From the elevator to the hallway to the rooms and bathrooms. Electrical needs updating as our charger sparked and went kaput when we plugged in our iPhone. You are paying for being central to the city.

The room was out dated.The elevator was wonky. Not a fan of the parking only because I felt rushed to get my stuff out of car and the website doesn't really say that is the only option for parking.I figured I'd atleast be able to pull up but it by so it not terrible just wish there site said that .

Location close to time sq . The staff was very nice . Had an issue when I got there they said my booking was not in there and I had to show them I paid already but they fix it quickly.

Had to change rooms due to noisy heat unit. No AC was available (but needed) during stay because they had not turned it on for the season yet. Construction is needed but somewhat annoying.

The hotel rooms were large but very old and the beds were very uncomfortable. Especially the electrical connections of the floor lamp were broken. It needs to be repaired seriously by an electrician.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. They also offered breakfast free of charge. This made us happy, but breakfast was not rich in content. You may not be satisfied when you purchase this paid service.

Actually, when reading the other reviews, I expected sth worse. I got a really big room with big bathroom (it was the cheapest option), with a good view on one of the streets close to Time Square and buildings around it, it was very clean and tidy and quiet. What could you expect more in this price in the very heart of Manhattan?
