We were put in The Chattanooga suite. part of the sitting area was the fire exit for everyone on that floor and was very cold. The tv in the sitting room did not work, the mini fridge only worked after my husband worked on it and two of the side tables were in need of repair. The other rooms are carpeted- ours was not and we had to keep socks and shoes on the whole time.

The location was great. Overall the Inn is very nice and kept up well.

No real complaints. Guests should keep in mind that there is no elevator and that bathrooms are quite basic.

The b&b is beautiful and historic, as pictured, and the Sunday breakfast was excellent. My room was very quiet and relaxing and had two beds! I also enjoyed Netflix access and caught up on some recent goodies while relaxing during my stay. Nice to have parking right outside the entrance and off the street, even though the nabe is tranquil.

We travelled for Christmas and the Mansion was decorated beautifully. The accommodations were great and very clean. We enjoyed gathering around the table downstairs and playing games together as a family. Breakfast was great! I highly recommend staying here!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. 1) I was disappointed that the hot cocoa bar advertised on their website was not there- was told they were out of hot chocolate. That seems poor planning a few days before Christmas abd very cold weather. 2) The bedroom weren’t decorated at all for the holidays. I think even a little would help!

I do not think there was anything I DIDN'T like about this place. I do not have a single bad thing to say. Even if I thought long and hard and tried to find something to complain about, I would find nothing.

The decor was amazing! The place itself is gorgeous and all the rooms individually have some charming qualities. You really get a historical feel to the entire building, I spent so much time just walking around and looking at everything and there was so much to look at! The entire place is very cleanly, and the deluxe suite was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. The breakfast in the mornings were delicious and the presentation was excellent! So pretty you almost didn't want to eat it! But I did, and of course the food was great! I love that the menue changes and it's not the same meal every day. It adds some variety to the arrangement if you are staying for multiple days. The inn itself is set in a lovely area and the town is gorgeous. I would reccomend everyone come stay here at least once, but of course I couldn't just stay for one night and ended up staying for a second! Could not get enough of this wonderful place, and I look forward to coming back and see all the amazing staff again! I could write so much more but for not I shall leave it at that. I cannot wait for my next stay!

Loved our private little penthouse in the fire escape. Great views. Very comfortable. The softest most comfortable robe Ive ever worn. Breakfast was wonderful. Close enough to walk to everything.

Area seemed dodgy at first but in the light of day was fine.

The house is stunning. My husband ever the builder loved the parquetry flooring. The Bed was a grandmas bed - high but extremely comfortable..The 4 course breakfast was delightful and dietary issues no problem to Daniel. It was quick and ready. AN ABSOLUTELY delightful stay on our road trip for my ? birthday...
