This is a modern hotel with a rather European Style that caught my eye. Very well equipped, its large rooms have been decorated in cheerful colors and pretty designer furniture. It’s quite a strategic location for those who want to discover Los Angeles. It’s in the middle of everything and it has a private parking. Very attentive welcome. Music in the lobby is very good.

Located in the downtown. Helpful that there's parking lot on the site, but need to book it in advance (it's not free and handy when you stay in the downtown). Room is clean and sleek, staff is helpful. Would consider stay here again when visiting LA.

Location was not as downtown as we wanted but we walked fine and it was pretty safe walking to at night.

WiFi was a bit spotty, esp at night. I would have preferred a 24 hours presence at Reception. The bedside lamps were very poor for reading - their angle couldn't be adjusted. I didn't find any good restaurants within a few minutes' walk of the place, only fast food places.

This hotel has an excellent location, together with an option for car parking. It is very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a lovely fresh aroma. The staff on reception are very friendly and helpful and are ready to provide advice about LA if asked. Although there is no breakfast as such, free tea and coffee is available in the lobby from 7am to 10pm, and every morning each guest can have a very hearty croissant, danish, etc.

Location was not great. There was no breakfast, only coffee machine and some bread options. Didn't find anything vegan.

Rooms were very good, very clean, hygenic and huge. Hotel staff were very supportive, helpful and answered all my doubts. This place was value for money as well.

The wifi stopped working on the last day for me, but the staff restarted it for me.

So what i didn’t like is they said they have a very good breakfast but they are only giving a muffin for breakfast and when you pay that price you want to see a real breakfast not a muffin and they said one muffin per person and when someone said how are you you guys should say i’m great how are you not how can i help you thanks

Light in room is weak. Inadequate lighting in the room makes it difficult to find a well-lit spot after 10 pm since the lounge will close at 10 pm.

Coffee was great, muffins were nice, hotel was in walking distance of downtown centre. No problem walking into downtown during day but we preferred to use an uber in the dark to feel safe.

The pillows are way too thick, which makes them uncomfortable, the surroundings are also not pretty at all, and the view from the room window was to somebody's apartment window which left no privacy at all.

Breakfast is not actually whats included, they only offer a couple of bread, which is good but there's nothing else to eat. However it's good to have coffee, tea and water available all day long.

Modern, clean and convenient hotel. Staff and service are outstanding! The Front desk sorted out for me with a reservation glitch and helped with every other minor question or request. Room was quiet, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Nice amenities. Loved the baked goods for breakfast and all the coffee/espresso/chocolate/tea options.

Super clean and smart, does.everything you want and nothing you don't need. Free tea /coffee and pastries in the am was a nice touch. Staff stayed in contact before the stay with clear instructions on check in.
