A little outdated, but it did the job

The room that we had was not cleaned properly and the bathroom door was broken. Bottles or liquor and other stuff was left underneath the bed and there was a big whole in the room and when I looked there was mouse dropping. I took pictures of everything.

The location was great because it was walking distance from the event and the staff was amazing!

The hot water was brown when first turned on. We had to let it run for a while before it cleared out. Probably due to it being off-season.

The room was very outdated. The only thing new were the beds, which was nice, but the rest of the room needs to be done.

The bathroom is extremely small. If you're on the larger side, you may have trouble moving around the bathroom.

This motel is great for one purpose.. location. You can't get any closer to the boardwalk, and you have a cold room to come back to.

Parking

The hotel is very near to beach. Location wise it is very good and also it is budget hotel.

The rooms were very small and the bathrooms were dated. Broken tiles, warped toilet seat. There were discolorations on the walls and surrounding the outlets.

Very dark. Room needed updating badly. No easily accessible outlets to plug into. Entry door was distorted due to someone trying to force their way in. The “owner” was CONSTANTLY looking for a “happy gift” and would follow you around like a lost puppy. Kinda creepy!

The floor was greasy, the toilet had what looked like dried vomit all over it, I had to clean it myself. We ended up not staying either of the two nights we booked. I figured since we left wed at least get some of our money back which we didn't. But whatever.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable. There were no table to eat off, just desk. The bathroom was outdated and very little wiggle room if you took a shower and using the bathroom like peeing.

I like that the motel is right on the boardwalk. Staff were friendly, clean sheets. And they let us check-in a little early so thats a plus.

Bad parking. Bathroom was tiny to the point that you had trouble getting out of the bathtub. had A kitchenet but nothing to use in it.

Tile floors instead of carpet - we had to walk around the room with our socks or shoes cause there were no rugs. In addition, we had to ask for a cleaning rag to clean the dust on the ledges and surfaces in the bathroom and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Finally, there was no daily housekeeping services had to ask for someone to clean our room on the 3rd day.

Great location to the boardwalk

Blanket smelled funky, no black out curtain on back window. As an older person I feel tub needed a more secure non-slip surface, bring your own tub mat if you can.

Steps from the boardwalk, short walk on boards to Dunkin Donuts for morning coffee opens at 7am. Mini Fridge/freezer worked very well. Comfortable bed, crisp sheets, clean room. Helpful owners.

The view I guess, of course who wouldn't rather face the boardwalk/ocean, but not a deal breaker.

Location was great. You weren't bothered, if something was needed, you just ask. Our main component to our stay: that we could have our pets with us. We had to pay extra to do so, but they are like our children and we didn't mind; the fee was more than acceptable and greatly appreciated, they are like our children.
