Adorable place, breakfast was delicious, excellent staff & location, could easily walk to downtown

My husband and I liked everything about the inn. We plan to return to the inn in the near future. The only small issue was we didn't have a few supplies in the room, but they took care of it right away!

Location of the inn is perfect. You can walk to downtown Napa. The staff was friendly and attentive. We felt welcomed. The breakfast was good with several options to choose from. The room was comfortable.

Since the house is historic (and old), you can easily hear other guest talking.

The room, and the Inn overall, were very clean. However, there was a large rip in the screen of the main window, so you need to watch for bugs if you open it. The suite is large in overall footage, but has an awkward layout, due to the large tub in the middle. We used the shower instead, which is in a very small room with the toilet. This little room also has an opening at the top, for air flow I guess, so hopefully you are well acquainted with your traveling partner! We wished that breakfast started a little earlier than 8:30 am, as we had some morning winery visits that were a distance away. Overall, none of this would prevent us from retuning to this inn.

The breakfast was very tasty, and the people who worked in the breakfast room were friendly. The inn is nicely located a few blocks from downtown Napa, but in a safe and more residential neighborhood that is very quiet at night. The gardens and landscaping are lovely. We had hoped to use the small bistro table and chairs on the balcony, but it was an unseasonably cool weekend. Note that the balcony area is shared with another room on the 3 rd floor (they have their own table and chairs sufficiently further down the balcony). The Madeline suite is on the 3 rd floor, but they are not very long lengths of stairs. As it is on the top floor, it is a quiet room.

Direct booking with the Inn would have been preferable. However, the booking company did a fine job. I would have liked to had a direct phone number to the Inn (pre-booking) to discuss options. Be sure to consider the size of vehicle you are traveling in. Street parking will accommodate large cars and pickups, but not sure about availability.

Quaint, Victorian style building. Made to order breakfast. Welcoming staff. We had one of the rooms without a spa, but it had a large tub and a separate shower. It was on the 3rd floor with a winding staircase. The beds were remarkably soft and comfortable. A fireplace provided a soft warmth (no flame). We utilized the late arrival (after 5 pm) which worked wonderfully. The property manager reaches out by phone, then followed up with an email. There was street parking available (which we used) and a narrow parking lot. This was out second stay with Napa Inn and Spa. Both times were for a Napa Valley wine run. We would have liked to stay longer but circumstances did not allow us to this trip.

Noisy street during the day, sharp corner on bathroom counter. No promos for excursions, eg, wine train.

Location is fantastic. We just walked to the main strip “downtown napa”. Breakfast was yummy and fresh. We had several choices to pick from every morning.

Coffee was very weak and there were nothing sweet unless we asked and even then, the host just brought one or two cookie🤣 Fresh coffee, something sweet scones / coffeecakes are so easy to make and delicious with even fresh juices should always be out beautifully displayed and inviting. Needs remodeling. We didn't like the fact, that we had to leave the building to go in a different one.

I liked the idea of B&B's, I've been to B&B's facilities before & i excepted more,The coffee was was not acceptable. Pastries and sweets needs to be displayed beautifully at the coffee bar. Unless I asked for something sweet with coffee there was nothing available. The breakfast was clean fresh and delicious however, and staff friendly enough.

The Napa Inn is just a walkway from downtown. Great place to stay

The Siemion room was perfect with the jetted tub. It was cozy and lovely for a winter night with the fireplace.
