Beds were a little too low for me. Having arthritis made sleeping not too favorable. These beds needed mattress foundations. Also, the showers were rain shower. Being an older lady, it proved a little tedious to hit my lady parts. Also, need more than one luggage cart. Trying to checkout was hard because someone kept the luggage cart. You can’t move out in a timely fashion with no access to a luggage cart.

Our room was at the front facing the street so it was rather noisy starting around 7am. If you want Mountain View’s stay elsewhere but if you want a fantastic room at a great price…this is the place to stay.

Convenient location to anywhere we wanted to go. Was more like staying in a luxury apartment rather than a hotel. Washer/Dryer, full kitchen, 2bd/2bth, king bed. I slept better during our week here than I had in weeks. Staff was extremely friendly as well.

The living room furniture could have been more comfortable with a little more seating.

The restaurant and roof bar were nice. The front desk managers were very helpful in professional everyday. especially Bhumika Patel. She was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay a couple of hours to work out a rental car after a tree fell on our car at a local family gathering at Sevierville Park the day before. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

The parking is terrible. The spaces are really tight so if you drive a truck or suv you have to squeeze into them. Also they share a lot with a restaurant and the restaurant customers take most of the available spaces.

Very clean, spacious and fully equipped kitchen. The room was updated and decorated nicely. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only complaint is the traffic noise. I’m not use to that where I live so it bothered me some. It seemed to quieten down after midnight though.

It is a beautiful historic building with lots of class and all the amenities you need.

The bathroom off the main living area didn’t have any towel racks or over the door hooks for hanging towels or clothes.

Two bedrooms & two bathrooms allowed both of us to have our own space. We were close to all the attractions & activities we wanted to do. Having a kitchen allowed us to make meals instead of eating out for every meal.

There wasn’t much not to like, not a lot of parking at the building but across the street is more parking you just have to cross a small street that wasn’t busy.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom 2 bath suite for 4 days. The place is beautiful! Huge kitchen, big master bedroom, gorgeous bathrooms. Loved having the washer and dryer, with 7 people it was a life saver. The tv/cable didn’t work great but we didn’t watch much tv anyway. Overall our stay was amazing!

There was nothing I didn’t really like about the hotel. I had a few issues with cleanliness that I brought to the concierge attention as well as showed her pics. The bathroom shower floor had hair on it and the refrigerator freezer had what appeared to be spilled chocolate ice cream inside. She ordered house cleaning to clean the room again in our absence & to my surprise upon returning the freezer was cleaned however the hair was still in the shower and had moved closer down the shower towards the drain. I just cleaned it myself after putting on disposable gloves. Totally gross. The mattress cover on the let out couch had a small yellow stain. Thank goodness I always bring my own bed linen.

Loved the location being close to shopping, dining and most of the city’s entertainment and activities.

The only negative thing I have, is that the shower head is in the middle of the shower.

Excellent hotel! The room is like an apartment with a full kitchen and 2 baths. The room are very spacious with huge closet space. They did not serve breakfast, but you can cook it in your room. There is a restaurant (I did not get the chance to try it, but the food smells good) and a rooftop bar.
