Too isolated from town and other locations, thanks for the hotel shuttle to help you to reach a couple of near restaurants

The Hotel was very nice, big rooms, very comfortable, nice enough breakfast (not so many options but good in taste), the hotel is very close to the airport but quite far from the city. The hotel shuttle works very well and help you a lot when you need to go to airport

As a former NASA facility, it had a kind of industrial look. It had good amenities except no facial tissue. The mattress on the fold out couch was dreadful.

The location is the main selling point. 5 minutes from airport. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a good restaurant nearby (1/4 to 1/2 mile) to which one can take a hotel shuttle or walk if the weather is good.

The retro decor was a fun surprise and the room was very clean, the staff was top-notch. Also proximity to the airport, car rentals, and interstate was convenient.

The staff was.very personal and professional . Free shuttle took us to the nearby restaurant for dinner. Very clean, excellent location for the airport

Breakfast was OK but the coffee could have been better. It was free, though, so there is that. The whole vibe is a little "converted office space" so bear that in mind, but it was a good conversion - solid, modern. As I said earlier, perfect for a 'home base' to come back to for the evening, but not a hotel experience.

The Staff (especially at check in and the cleaning crew) were very friendly and casual. This was a two night stay for a family event and I needed a 'home base' not an 'experience'. The Orbit fit the bill perfectly. Utilitarian was what I wanted and what I got. If that is your goal this is a good fit for that.

The hotel is across the street from the airport, so if the sounds of airplanes taking off and landing bothers you, don't stay here. The sound doesn't bother me. The breakfast was passable.

The rooms are huge. The staff is very friendly. The location is right by the highway and it's easy to get to anywhere in Cleveland from there. The look of the renovation is mod and very fun.

Being an airport hotel I kind of expected a bit of noise from planes, but was surprised how noisy it was (inside my room) from other guests...like the venting is all tied together and I could easily hear other people's conversations and arguments for hours.

Great location with a cool background/history to the building and matching theme/decor inside. Huge, spacious room as well.

Couldn't regulate heat. Shivered the few hours I could sleep. Loud noise woke me up about 1 1/2 hrs. into sleep, had trouble falling back to sleep, so only slept a total of about 4.5 hrs.

I was handed 2 breakfast bars/muffins as I entered the 4:40 AM airport shuttle. Had already made coffee in room.

I had a tiny problem with the Kerig coffee maker in the morning. I eventually got it to work, but had nice hot coffee downstairs with breakfast.

The location was great as I flew into Cleveland Hopkins and needed to stay near the airport. Th retro interior was fabulous! The staff very accommodating and helpful. 'Sharron'or 'Shannon' met me at the airport in the Hilton/your airport shuttle Locating where the shuttle would pick me up was the only confusing part. My Last visit to Cleveland, the shuttles pick guests up on the 2nd level where airline checkin occurred. I called Orbitz for information on the shuttle. Cherie answered and described how to exit and where to find the pick up spot. I asked another women driving a car rental van, she helped direct me to the location. Everything was great after climbing into the shuttle and reaching Orbitz! Extra special service was the shuttle provided to the car rental area to pick up my vehicle! Saved me bunches of time. Thank you Orbitz

I would have liked an extra light or lamp by the couch area. It was very dark there. Unfortunately, our TV didn't work in Room 200 on our 2nd visit but we were quickly moved to the next room. However, we had heating issues in Room 201 since it was a chilly night. The manager came and tried to fix it (it was Sunday night) temporarily, but again it started blowing cool air. The TV did work so my husband was happy watching the football game. We managed okay and left early the next morning for an early flight.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Our room was very clean. The shuttle was available for an early flight. The hotel was very close to the airport. Also, we enjoyed dinner at the Aviator Restaurant and Event Center, which was very close to the hotel.

Bed too close to the wall making it difficult to get in from one side, in an unisual way as the room is of a good size and has space. A bit noisy
