The shower was not very functional. The water pooled up & drained very, very slowly. The water also didn’t get very hot. And the cold water faucet in the sink was broken.

The location, the grounds, and the staff. I especially loved the Chart Room Bar. Not too often that you find a dive bar in a ritzy resort.

We were not told that loungers with towels folded on we're booked and that we had to arrange this beforehand with pool staff. This led to an uncomfortable discussion it's a very rude pool attendant. All other staff helpful

The one manager was real rude. The hotel has extremely serious plumbing issues, and our toilet didn't work for two days along with many others in our area. The hallway outside our room flooded with sewage one morning and the only way we could leave was walking through the back porch (which is not a real pathway). They didn't even apologize or offer anything in return... no toilet for two days and a sewage filled hallway (which stunk up our room) and no apology????? that really was a bummer

The hot tub at the pool did not work. Might sound petty but for the price of the rooms you expect all of the facilities to be in working condition. Also, there was a large group (seemed to be around 30 people) staying at the hotel. They completely took over the pool and beach areas of the hotel. They were incredibly intoxicated and very rude behavior. Yelling and cursing from across the areas...to the point where other guests were leaving. Witnessed this group spilling their beers and drinks into the pool and also throwing their cigarette "butts" into the water at the beach area. Nothing was mentioned to this group by the staff about controlling themselves....even though it was brought to the staff's attention. It seemed the staff was intimidated by this group, much to the disappointment of the guests.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very clean, especially the room.

-Given the cost of the room (+800 per night), they could be more special touches to personalize the guest experience. -The room wasn't made up when returned after day out nor was the cleaning service especially thorough (no towels, no refill of water or coffee) -The beach is nice but small. Need to get there early to get a spot. -Staff at the front desk are rude

out 1st room was right across from the bar…people were literally screaming at the top of there lungs while leaving at midnight They upgraded us to a junior suite for our remaining nights and we slept so peacefully

Our room was located in the Spa building, was very loud at times, when doors opened and shut, the room vibrated, people’s voices echoed loudly. Also they put it us in a handicap room for no apparent reason, that was next to the spa so people were constantly coming and going, creating echoing voices especially early in the morning. Closet, shower , toilet, and sink we’re all in the same room not convenient for 2 people when getting ready.

Our particular room may have been the worst at the site. Not that it was bad, just the worst location. I was sure I booked a partial water view.

Location of the hotel itself is great, the facilities are great, and the beach access was unique.
