For a wonderful facility, I always find it disappointing when hotels don't have restaurants open late. At least stay open until 10p on weekends. Though that is an issue at most places, not just this one. As well, the televisions in the rooms were small and outdated. It was difficult just trying to flip through the channels to see what was on. The quality of both the video and audio were sub-par, so it was difficult trying to relax and watch TV.

The rooms have plenty of space, private balconys, and wonderful bathrooms. The breakfast, though on the pricey side, was delicious and was a big helping. I actually recommend one plate and sharing.

The pool and hot tub wasn’t clean never saw anyone cleaning the pool area at all pool and hot tub could be at least cleaned with a net on top stuff floating on top

There was no room service. I requested for my room to be cleaned but it wasn't done. Towels were dropped off. The blow dryer in the room was old and broken. There was an additional blow dryer delivered when I requested it. The shower was very hard to turn in and it ran even when it was turned off.

The pool was really nice. The temp was good. The size of the room was large and comfortable.

The bed in the bedroom was noisy and it was a little too soft. The dryer was noisy, and the agitator in the washer was loose. The elevator took too long to arrive after calling it.

The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the entire stay. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel was in an optimal location.

Many units privately owned . This unit had a few issues . Pots and pan selection were horrible , 1 1qt sauce pan a huge Dutch oven 1 fry pan with the teflon coming off , microwave light didn’t work, curtains for slider very hard to slide and torn . Water pressure was horrible in shower and if someone turn on the water in the kitchen your shower temperature changed . Hadn’t had that happen in 30 years lol . The spa tub finish was dull look clean until we hit it with a magic eraser then decided wasn’t worth it to clean it . Ice maker didn’t work , had an ice bucket so went to find the ice machine , they don’t have any you have to go downstairs to the lobby get ice from the kitchen .

Building work across the road and although breakfast was free it was awful quality and hardly any choice other than scrambled eggs! so we didn’t bother with it after the first day.

The spatub was dirty. Area of the breakfast is so small for that huge hotel. Prices are ok, but if you want, there are planty of stores in a short drive distance.

The hotel is a stile of airbnb. You have an apartment and everything in it. Planty of parking.

I don’t like that housekeeping has to be paid to come during your stay. I also wish they had a vending machine or store where food and little essentials could be purchased anytime.

I liked the cleanliness and friendly staff. The location was also good.
