We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesSome homelessness people in the area around the pier and on the road to the hotel but the hotel can't control that. City officials need to be more responsive to business/travelers concerns in the area. Felt safe during the day but not as much when walking after dark.
Great location to watch seals on the water. Beautiful area/marina is great view as well. Biking to all restaurants is easy.

Great location, easy access to the Harbour and a short walk to the beach. Comfortable restaurant overlooking the harbour. Lunch wash good. Great to have optional valet parking or self parking. Overall I have enjoyed my stay in-spite of the unusually cold wet weather..

United StatesI was disappointed that the bed was so soft that I got a backache from it. Also, I would have liked some hooks in the shower area and also in the sink area of the bathroom. There was no place to put anything. Otherwise, we loved it.
We had a beautiful corner room with views of the Marina and ocean. It was quiet and peaceful. I appreciated the robes in the closet!

United StatesThe walls definitely need sound proofing. We could hear everything going on around and above us. The in room coffee could have been better, and it would have been nice to have enough for both days. Housekeeping does not come during your stay. Just after checkout. I did not appreciate that. Part of the reason I enjoy staying in hotels, is because of the housekeeping. I consider it a luxury that is paid for with the room rental.
The view from the lobby is very nice. It’s in a beautiful location. We loved that our room had a balcony. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Even the bathroom was spacious.

United StatesFor the price, the room was a bit small (all rooms there are), the bathroom was very small and badly needs updating, and -- are you kidding me? -- paying $32 per night to SELF PARK!! is just ridiculous. The lobby has a large area facing the water that's really not useable/used; seems like a great opportunity to create a beautiful guest space (and bring back the bar that used to be there!). Overall, the hotel is a little beat up; while nice, could be a lot nicer, especially for the price. I view this as a 3.5 star property.
The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the water, and easy access to Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo beaches. The balcony overlooking the water was great. Bed was very comfortable. Used the bikes to ride the Strand, which was awesome!
