The shower made weird noises. But that's honestly such a minor complaint I wouldn't worry about it.

The location is stunning and the venue is charming but the real reason to go is the Staff. They are friendly, personable and add a personal touch that I did not expect.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this charming Inn! The breakfast was beyond amazing, and the inn itself was a testament to thoughtful design, boasting creative common spaces that added to the overall experience. Svetlana and Jon, the hosts, were incredibly warm, hospitable, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. It was a pleasure interacting with other guests who also contributed to the welcoming atmosphere.

Honestly nothing; the environment was a very make yourself at home feel. There was nothing not like. I do wish they had pamphlets or a list of near by activities and places to eat, but it was nothing google couldn’t help us find. My partner and I created our own itinerary just fine. We rode ATV’s near by, we won some cash at the nearest casino, we explored a near by maple tree farm with lots of different syrups to try. We definitely enjoyed our time at the Pump Inn Bed and Breakfast! Thank you Svetlana, Jonathan, and Mama Irina and her salmon

Each room had its own vibe and story to tell. There was a room for yoga, a spa room, a room for studying and or listening to old records. There was a game room and a movie room with unlimited snacks and the huge kitchen and dining room area. Many restrooms and toiletries. Cozy rooms with fireplaces. Great records of classic rock music and art on the walls. My partner and I explored the grounds, we played basketball and threw a football around. There was also corn hole and a swing we swung on. To save the best for last I will talk about their famous breakfast. The breakfast was fresh and unique and most importantly delicious. Fresh fruit and homemade juices. It was very well thought out and presented as well as perfectly cooked. The salmon was the most fresh, so mouth watering and very well seasoned. There were many different pastry options. The chef made all his syrups from scratch so devine!

Everything was wonderful. The host was so kind. You could see the passion she has for cooking and hospitality.

The home was lovely. So many comfy places to relax in. Loved the yoga zen studio. The breakfast was amazing. All natural, fresh baked pastries, all homemade dishes with fresh not frozen ingredients. Made with love!

This place is a Wonder! We stayed in a suite. It was very clean and designed beautifully and cozy, with thought in every item for a romantic stay. The bed is huge and so comfortable. The breakfast is amazing! And surprising every morning with a different menu. The Salmon was Devine! Svetlana and Jon are the nicest people. So welcoming and are always willing to assist and just be there to make your vacation perfect. There are many beautiful hiking routs and beautiful nature all around the property. Highly recommended.

It’s a very old house so there were some insects but nothing too bad.

Everything was perfect! You can feel the attention and love the owners pour into the place in every nook and cranny. We went out and had an early dinner after checking in and then head back to the house to spend the rest of the night. We played pool, made popcorn, had juice, saw a movie, and played board games while playing a vinyl. It was a fun and relaxing night. The other guests we interacted with were delightful! Breakfast was as amazing as the reviews say. Salmon was mouthwatering and the rest of the dishes are underrated - potatoes eggs and pancakes were delicious I had seconds and thirds!

I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay longer!

The couple that runs the inn were so attentive and really seemed to care about their guests stay. The property itself was gorgeous and we loved our room. Breakfast was above and beyond any bed and breakfast I have ever visited. Really unique and plentiful, much of it cooked by the husband, John, with daily treats from the local bakery. I loved the access to really nice restaurants and it was only an hour from John Thorpe and 35 minutes from strousburg. They gave us a gift when we left! The pictures below are not of our actual room (I forgot), but there was an old typewriter and record player with a Beatles album on it. It was really charming!

Only complaint would be that the room didn't feel very "private". Felt like any noise in our room could probably be heard in the hall.

Staying at Pump House Inn & Spa was a delight! The owners were so friendly and made us feel right at home. The shared spaces were super cozy and well-organized, making it easy to relax and unwind. You could see a personal touch and many thoughts in every little detail of the design. And oh, the homemade breakfast was simply delicious – you could feel the love put into every bite! Plus, the hotel's location was stunning, adding even more charm to the whole experience. Highly recommend it for a cozy getaway! We definitely would love to come back,

We stayed in the junior suite and it was so cozy and comfortable. The entire first floor was beautiful and unique. We were sad we only stayed 2 nights! Svetlana made sure we had all we needed and Jon served some excellent breakfast! Some of the best food we have ever had which was a lovely surprise. There were plenty of places to hike nearby and a great restaurant less than a mile away called Butter that also was fabulous. We ate like a king and queen during our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.
