Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOur room was situated right next to the outdoor bar which would have been fine except for the nightly music....which would have also been fine, except my husband wasn't feeling his best and needed to rest during the time they were playing.
Check in was easy, and the people at reception were friendly and considerate. Our room was huge, clean and comfortable. We asked for, and received extra in-room coffee. The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful.

United StatesThe bed was super hard and uncomfortable. We were in a downstairs unit and the people walking upstairs was really loud. You could hear the people out in the hallway; it seems like the rooms let in a lot of noise. It was our anniversary and the person checking us in did not acknowledge it and we were hoping to get some kind of upgrade or something but got nothing.
We liked the breakfast that was provided. We really liked the sandbar and the live music that was performed. We liked being right on the Greenbelt.

The pool is really cool, because it’s heated so it’s almost like Hot Springs. The whole set up at the hotel is actually really unique and fun to stay at. All of the facilities were well taken care of and very clean.

United StatesThe option of foam type pillows. I don’t sleep on feather ones. It was hard to fall asleep as they shrunk down and got hard. Personnal preference but would be nice if there was a choice in this day and age. Toilet paper made me seem like I was at Motel 6. Very scratchy. Neighbors were rather inconsiderate and one one night they were taken care of but the next evening the neighbors in the other side were “running” in there room and it was very noisy and seemed like they were running upstairs and downstairs. The pool looked so inviting but quite a far walk in 28 degree weather. No slippers or robes or beach towel provided to get there and not freeze. I was in the 500 rooms with a beautiful view of the river and it was a true HIKE to get back to the Lobby where breakfast was served. I bet it was over a 1/4 mile. I felt since I had to walk so far to eat, I could have dessert and burn it off.
Breakfast was very good and dinners were also. Great variety of food on the menu. Meals were very filling and the wait staff was excellent in service and making a person on their own feel comfortable.

United StatesHow to turn the light on in the main room. I almost went back to the lobby to ask for help. But then finally figure it out. Not very comfortable lights arrangement. You basically have to guess where the light switch is fumble around in dark to turn it on.
