showers don't have a shelf/place to put your soap, shampoo, etc. they need to add something for this. the couch in our room wasn't very comfortable, they went with "style" instead of use - nothing that wouldn't make me go back.

great boutique hotel, newly opened so they are ironing out the kinks but great friendly helpful staff. I recommend the larger rooms though, as a boutique hotel, the standard are small. but all in all, loved the hotel and the staff

The parking/valet situation needs some fine tuning.

This was by far the best experience we've had in a hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was above and beyond with everyone. The hotel was exceptionally clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do.

there wasn't any complaints and I am hard to impress!!!

The hotel was gorgeous. The staff highly recommended for their excellent hospitality. Ease of check in (came in at 1 am). Then room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. every was exactly as I like it. The coffee was even great. Dave the manager and all the desk associates friendly and helpful. I will definitely book again. highly recommended.

I had thought that the balcony was in the room, but it's a big public balcony for everyone.

Great location. I stayed in a corner room. It wasn't too noisy during the week, but Friday night it was really noisy. But nice big room with sitting area. The inside rooms can be smaller and a bit closet-like.

Facing the street on Saint Charles you could hear the streetcar but it wasn’t obnoxious. The streetcars are part of New Orleans.

The location was perfect. Close to attractions and streetcars. The conversion from an industrial building to a hotel added to its charm.

I would recommend adding a door to shower and somewhere to put your shampoo bottles, etc. A small detail to an overall wonderful stay.

No natural light in my room. The window was just into the hallway so I had it closed the whole time. Kinda dreary.

Our room had an issue with ants. We kept finding them in the bathroom, and by the bedside. A couple of ants found their way into my pajamas and bit me a few times. We didn’t like the shower half door. Every time we showered, our bathroom floor would be wet and slippery.

This property was right on the edge of the French quarter and perfect for all of our activities. It’s close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. We loved that they lock the front entrance for safety. The person who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful to recommend restaurants. They also held our luggage for our group on our checkout day so that we could explore the city for a few more hours before we had to go to the airport.

The executive room I stayed in did not have a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms echo, since there are no rugs, not enough floor lamps and other things to absorb the sound. Need improve on warm lighting, again additional lamps would make it better in the lounge room. It’s just harsh lighting and sterile room. No amenities, like a blanket, robe perhaps, tea/ coffee - things that many 4 star boutique hotels I stay in have.

Great location. Spacious rooms, almost too spacious. It has a potential to be a nice, attractive boutique hotel, but still has way to go.

The feel of the hotel was quite basic, probably because it is new. The rooms were good but the outer ones, really noisy and the inner ones did not open out onto the courtyard.

No breakfast or even coffee unless we asked, then the staff put some out in an inconspicuous place. The team were super and tried hard but we did not realise that this is a very new hotel with some teething problems to sort out.
