Just a little dated, but I love the vibe and vibrancy

The beautiful colors are retro vibe are stellar and inviting. The pool is absolutely perfect, it makes you feel like you time traveled to mid century America. Love it, it’s so unique. Also, the staff is lovely! Johnny P is the sweetest and most entertaining waiter on earth and Juan at the front desk was amazing.

The workout room is lacking a bit. Treadmill was not working and the dumb bell set is missing 10, 12, 15 and 20 lb weights

Pool was good and the restaurant and food was very good

For the price, I was expecting a little more on the rooms and bathrooms. quite basic in terms of towels and bathrooms. The restaurant is OK, a bit loud and dark, and no breakfast. The value for money is definitely for the Instagram photos...

The hotel is iconic, totally Instagram for all the facilities, the pool etc. But the rooms are quite basic, and the bathrooms more than basic. It is really a fun hotel for the photos, but not located in the center. Definitely need a car. There is a supermarket on the other side of the road and a few restaurants as well. The restaurant of the hotel is OK.

They need carts near the various elevators to take luggage to the rooms, it’s a long way to the lobby to get them to the elevator you may have to use, this is a large property after all.

Location was good, the room was okay, but the pool area is stellar.

Noisy people at night, " party" people, drunk or drugged who cannot understand why they should not make noise at 3 and 4 am. The property will lose a lot if they go down the " party" hotel avenue. Certainly, not for families!

    Pool, colors, feeling, all summertime

Was a little pricy for what it was, but was more reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area.

Unfortunately we had a terrible second night due to the thin ceilings in our room. We were on a lower floor room which was a mistake as you could hear every step above. This particular night some guests were making so much noise until 2am we couldn’t sleep and called front desk twice to get security. I did email the hotel about this and they went above and beyond to fix it monetarily which was exceptional customer service. My husband and i did only get a few hours sleep however. I would suggest NOT staying on ground floor if you need sleep.

We have been here many times and love the whole vibe of this hotel . Colorful, cheerful and fun exterior. 100% instagram hotel! The pool is warm with good music playing (occasional explicit songs so beware with little kids). There are games (oversized chess, jenga etc) and hammocks in back. El Jefe makes a great breakfast sandwich and delicious iced coffee (try their cold brew!). Dog friendly also. The rooms are very basic, more motel style but we come to Palm Springs for the pool and surroundings more than a 5star room. I will say that the prices are a little high considering how bare and basic the rooms are.

Bathrooms were small, dated, and had so much wear and tear that they look dirty (although they are not). Black out curtains were stained and had holes- this was consistent by looking at other rooms from the patios.

Looks beautiful as always and poolside vibe was laid back but bubbly. Rooms had improved bedding since I was here last.

Not being able to check in till after 4pm cuts into the stay quite a bit. For cost of the hotel shame not to get more value.

The rooms are very tired and the whole place needs modernising. They’ve papered over the cracks. It’s a dog friendly hotel which means the carpets could be better. Our room smelled musty and uninviting when we arrived. The pool was also used as a shoot location while we were there. We received no notice of this and the inconvenience it caused having to move out of the way round the pool. It’s also the location for a drag brunch which again we were not told. The noise of people getting drunk at 9am and the acts were very loud. Our room keys were constantly getting deactivated by our phones and going to reception was a chore as usually only 1 person in there, so meant a good 15 min wait each time. Investment is needed in the rooms of this hotel which is a big part of the experience. I would look for somewhere better next time.

Great pool and bar/restaurant. We had a great breakfast there. Mountain views are stunning. Fun decor everywhere except the rooms. All very instagrammable.
