The main TV had a few problems, needed replaced. Sunroof in shower had towels stuffed in it. I guess to stop leaks. That could cause mold and mildew. No locks on main bathroom doors. No laundry machines.

Not overly clean, dated and in need of a paint job just to freshen it up a bit….. would help it appear cleaner I think as our room paint was chipped and dingy which added to the overall unclean/dated appearance. Price point was crazy but understandable given the location. Rooms looked much nicer/ more updated and clean online then what we received and beds were not very comfortable. Sheets did not stay on the bed which drove me crazy as I was constantly having to fix them through the night so as not to be laying on the bare mattress 🥴 Blankets were very thin , there were extras in the closet but also thin and I hate to say it but looked like they came from the thrift store

Great location, front desk guy was awesome! Very friendly and accommodating! Loved our view 😍 The surrounding area was beautiful and loved that we could walk down to the beach, restaurants and shops! Perfect area for us to stay for a few days and not have to rent a car as well as being so close to the airport which was why we chose the area and hotel. Loved that there was a small fridge and microwave

The room was really tired and had a damp smell. I was only there as a layover but I had booked as a treat for myself and it had stains on the carpet and damaged walls, it was quite disappointing. However I only used it to sleep, it was super clean and shower pressure amazing. Staff are fantastic which is why I didn’t make a complaint. I would not return unless the rooms were redecorated because I could get a much more modern room in same area with breakfast for the price I paid. If they charged less I would stay again.

VIEWS of ocean, close to beach and lots of cute eateries and shops. We were stuck due to a canceled flight out of LAX. We could have stayed at one of the big boxes, but we like little spots, too. It was nice to be at the beach in January on a sunny 65 degree afternoon. The motel lacks amenities like hairdryers and shampoo/conditioner, but I had my carry-on, so I was set. Nice little balcony. We ate a pizza and took a walk on the beach. Not too pricey, either.

It looked and smelled clean. The housekeeper was amazing cleaning up after our toddlers messes every day. The location was so quiet! There’s a little market across the street and a beach pizza place that was delicious.

Unfortunately there is no lift at the property.

Brilliant ocean view room, two blocks back from the beach. As there is no lift at the property we struggled to get our heavy suitcases up the narrow stairs but the very helpful gentleman who checked us in carried them for us and then helped us down the stairs when we checked out. Despite being on a fairly main road we didn't hear any noise at night. Only ten minutes in a taxi from LAX airport.

Great spot! Location is perfect for the price, lots of diners and shops on the same road and in short walking distance. Beach is also just a couple blocks away! Staff are awesome, and they have lots of beach gear you can use for free including free bike rentals.

It’s a little noisy. Kids running and screaming in the pool. That’s the parents who are at fault, not the hotel.

The couch wasn't particularly comfortable for sitting and street noise was noticeable.

The apartment was quaint and sufficient for the needs of 7 women in Manhattan to watch the AVP. Might choose the apartment with 2 bathrooms next time! The kitchen and bathroom were stocked for 4 guests but extra towels were offered freely. Eddie at the reception desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat within a few blocks.
