I like the layout of the property. I had the 3 rm apartment. It was great! Rooms are clean and very modern. Contactless checkin and checkout. There were complementary bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs and towels. Will definitely come back. Love the hang out area.

The bathroom sink was a little small for the bathroom size and we tried our hardest to not get water all over the floor but other than that, I have NO COMPLAINTS. This place was amazing! :)

I loved everything about the place. I loved the courtyard and the music, the pool, the friendly hosts and the services available to us on our stay. We loved that there was a pool, bikes to ride, a place to sit and relax and a place to lounge and swim. We loved that it's dog friendly and there were laundry facilities available. Everything was a total plus in my book and can't wait to stay again! :)

Parking spaces on the property a little tight for larger vehicles but there was off street parking that was acceptable

the utensils weren’t clean, ants all over the property even on the bed behind my pillowcase, acs should prob be cleaned because it blew gray and black dust all over the bed.

loved that it was close to wildwood and the beach! the overall vibe and aesthetic was very cute! front desk was helpful but could only give me 10% off for the inconvenience of finding ants on my bed and dirty utensils and etc

Upon arrival I have noticed that it wasn't a beach front property. With limited online pictures and the description I felt like I am paying high price because it is a private beach property. When I asked the hosts the same they told me not to book through booking.com as it is much (x3)pricier than their website. Lesson learned! There was also a small drama took place upon arrival as I was given a diff. unit without kitchen. once again they told me that booking.com is misleading customers hence the confusion and at the end they are king enough and gave me the one w/ kitchen without extra charge ( which initially they didn't agree. My kids had to wait in the vehicle for over an hour until everything sorted out) That is why I give only 3 stars to my overall experience w/ booking.com and the facility.

I liked the apartment. It was very clean and looked like newly renovated. I liked the pleasant color pallet of the apartment. I liked the fact that it has a kitchen. The bedroom was spacious enough for me and my two gals. We sat on the roof at the firepit stargazing w/my gals and savored desert on one of the nights. We swam in the pool one evening after the beach trip. The pool is kept quite clean. This facility is exactly 1-2 blocks away to beach and board walk. The tramcars for boardwalk start exactly from this location and end at the other end of the boardwalk i.e. the crest( appx. 2 mile long).

Overpriced !!!!, basic rooms,no decor, very small bathroom, it's a dog friendly place so the smell of dog urine is lingering in the air and in the sofa.Towels and sheets have stains. Cushions in outside areas are old and dirty too. Tiles in swimming pool need cleaning too. Disappointed,couldn't wait to check out.

the room is expensive and I get it location is part of it but there were number of things I noticed that I wasn’t to happy about , drop ceiling panels had dirty finger prints on them , dirty smudgy spots on the walls , painters tape holding together several sections of wall paneling in the kitchen . They tried to do their best with a modern clean design but it was done cheaply and they really need to spend more time on the cleaning and finishing the room the right way . The beds were very hard I did not sleep well at all . There were no paper towels or tissues which was odd, and no towel hooks in the bathroom for hanging wet towels Or clothing Which was annoying . At the end of the day I mean sure it was fine and very convenient to be block from the boardwalk but for 4-500$ a night I didn’t want “fine” I was expecting a high end super clean room and this wasn’t that .

Could not sit outside at all during our visit as there was another rental, I believe taking up 2-3 rooms and having five small children. We are grandparents, so the children did not bother us, but the fact that these rentals took over the whole courtyard for the whole time we were there, and only large table, night after night, dissuaded us from sitting outside. The table had the only chairs that were high enough for sitting in at a decent height and only in the mid-day sun were we able to sit one time until we baked with the heat! Need higher chairs on the shady side please!!

??? - Breakfast not available. Room was very well equipped and beds extremely comfortable. AC worked well. All the comforts of home included. A higher, comfortable chair in the room would have been appreciated, but I know that's not the look Kevin has going on.

First, the door would not open, had to wait for someone to come after numerous texts. Second, the room was filled with dead flies and the gnats were in the kitchen and bathroom - the bathroom smelled like mold, the ceiling tiles were all stained with water damage. we were moved to another room, still had gnats, but not as bad... place was just so so cleaned - windows, doors all hand marks and dirt. bedroom paint literally peeling off the wall !

The view used in the ad was not the room we received! We had a wall and a housekeeping closet to stare at! No sitting table and chairs to sit at outside of our room, while all of the other rooms had it plus a view. Floors were dirty! Air conditioners leaked.
