Property location was excellent, great amenities at facility, such as pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room. Loved that they held our luggage while are room was being cleaned.

The check in process was a bit cumbersome. I did not like having to upload a picture of my ID and a selfie. Felt unorthodox. And I made my reservation the same day as my stay, and did not get my code before arriving which was a little unsettling. But it all worked out.

The hotel was very nice, the views were great, the staff at the front desk were friendly. The gym is huge (and has a sauna), the pool and hot tub are fun, and there is an area with games and stuff as well.

Think it could have been a bit cleaner and better maintained. The towel rod in the bathroom was comming off the wall on one side. The blinds in the rooms looked as if they had never been dusted.

Five lightbulbs are out in one of the conference rooms on the 10th. The towel holder/bar in our bathroom fell out of its socket every time we took the towel off. The socket was loose on the wall and needs to be fixed.

Every amenity in our room that we could need. I do wish there was kleenex/tissue though but definately not a deal breaker.

The internet. It kept going out so we were unable to stream on the tv most of the time. Someone was always willing to come fix it, but the hassle of having to do it everyday was dumb.

The location, we did not drive our car once we parked!!! Everyone was super nice and went out of their way to help!! The pool deck was a lot of fun as well.

Would have been nice having a bigger bed in the one bedroom apartment. Prices for the days we stayed were expensive at all hotels and aparthotels. It was Vanderbilt's commencement week. So it was packed everywhere, but it was fine.

Nice view of city. Glad I got the SKY room since it rained one day. Convenient location near Broadway Strip. Walking distance from a lot of things. Practical having a kitchen, washer, and dryer. Location seemed safe, but always be aware of surroundings. Did not have breakfast. Paid parking nearby. Mini market on the street of the parking.

The bathroom was set up for wheel chair accessibility but it was constructed terribly. The shower was mounted incorrectly and the shower curtain was mounted outside the shower base so there was no way to keep the water in the shower.

The location was great. It was expensive but less than anything else in that area.

Wasn't very happy with the parking process. It was a little confusing. The parking facility was nice and we had no problems with the facility, just trying to get the crossbar to lift to pull into the parking deck. And, then when exiting we encountered some issues. Everything else was great!

Nothing it was absolutely perfect

Great location, room was stunning with plenty of space and all the facilities you could need. Upstairs on 10th there is an amazing break out area with pool table and social/work/meeting facilities plus a wonderful outside area with pool, hot tub etc

The location was outstanding. Just a short 5min walk to Broadway or the Country music hall of fame. Close to groceries, liquor stores,and restaurants.
