The bathroom was set up for wheel chair accessibility but it was constructed terribly. The shower was mounted incorrectly and the shower curtain was mounted outside the shower base so there was no way to keep the water in the shower.

The location was great. It was expensive but less than anything else in that area.

Wasn't very happy with the parking process. It was a little confusing. The parking facility was nice and we had no problems with the facility, just trying to get the crossbar to lift to pull into the parking deck. And, then when exiting we encountered some issues. Everything else was great!

The location was awesome and the staff was very nice and helpful. Sasha was the greatest!

Great location, room was stunning with plenty of space and all the facilities you could need. Upstairs on 10th there is an amazing break out area with pool table and social/work/meeting facilities plus a wonderful outside area with pool, hot tub etc

The only 2 downfalls....roof top hot tub was really only lukewarm, would of be so nice if it was actually hot,because the view was awesome from up there. Only other downfall was early morning garbage trucks woke us at 5..6am, , reminded us of New York, our balcony overlooked Demonbreun st, so not sure if better on another side of building or higher up? We were on the 8th floor. Overall...extremely great place to stay, we were very happy with Placemakr.

Everything was fabulous, The location was excellent, 5 min walk to get the broadway. All the staff were friendly and fabulous. Day we arrived there was a very good solo guitar artist and she was very good. Loved the floor to ceiling windows in our room. Very clean comfortable. Will definitely stay here next year

Nothing, super happy

Had incredible view of the whole of the Nashville strip on the balcony and just 2 mins walk away! Flat was huge and full equipped. Honestly wish I could have stayed longer !

The lighting throughout the unit, very dark, no ceiling lights in living area and bedrooms. WiFi was very slow. Cleanliness could be bumped up a level. Elevators very slow. No dish towels in kitchen.

Location was perfect. Most of the staff was helpful and pleasant. Great view, great beds and bedding.

Location was excellent and property was spacious. Cafe downstairs was very convenient if you didn’t want breakfast in apartment. Staff were helpful and we were able to leave our cases for late flight.

Unclean, smelly washing machine in the room. No kleenex or other amenities in the bathroom - however we got some when we asked. Slow elevators.

A nice space, good customer service, functional with a dog. A superb gym, a very nice pool. An excellent cafe and restaurant downstairs. A fabulous location.

The size of the bed in relation to the size of the room ( needs bigger beds) bed it self was very comfortable & the lifts take forever to go up & find and there is three of them. Give your self 10 mins to get downstairs

The location is fantastic, quick walk to Broadway & lots of eating options very close to the hotel. The living area of the room is fantastic, very nice gym & pool area.

I am not used to the weed laws in Nashville. It was strange to walk through the smoke when we arrived around mid-night on a Saturday night. There were a lot of parting people around the hotel on Saturday night through the morning hours. A lot of noise below. But, the area was much calmer Sunday-Tuesday nights.

I liked the location of the hotel and the layout of the room. It was the perfect size for 2 people. It was easy to get to the best local attractions on foot. We did not have to use our car the whole time. The area around the hotel and even downtown was very clean. They were even power-washing the garage floor when we were leaving. Also, saw power-washing sidewalks outside of the buildings.

There is no blackout curtains or shades and large windows so it gets bright very early. The elevators are very slow.

The location was fantastic just a block or two off Broadway, the view from the room was spectacular. The room was very clean and high end, everything worked perfectly. The building has a very nice pool area and recreation area on the 10th floor that is great for sitting in the hot tub at night and looking out at the skyline.
