The check in process is a bit of a nightmare, they dont like or allow early check ins, so that means you have a massive bottle neck at 4pm. 45 mins to check in is ridiculous.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the music district. The hotel is very clean, and well run. I know people complain about the cost of the parking, and it is high, as is all other parking locations in that area, it really is inline with them.

The LONG access codes you have to punch in to enter your room and the front door.

It is so close to Broadway and is in walking distance to all the action. It is truely a great location. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is so friendly. This is our second time staying here and we love it. I recommend it to everyone and we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful!! The location was excellent!! The cafe hooked to it was awesome!! The staff was so friendly!! We will never stay anywhere else in Nashville....Can't wait to come back again:)

The coffee maker wasn’t the best but we got some coffee down the street. I would suggest getting a single serve Keurig.

I am not familiar with the check-in method you use. I did not understand when I booked that I was to do all the steps you wanted me to do on the timeline you wanted

The bed and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable. I had also hoped for at least a queen size bed. The rug under the bed could use some attention.

I appreciated that the garage was located onsite and that it was easy to get in and out of. The entire building felt secure. The room was very spacious! It included all the necessities. The balcony was the icing on the cake!

If I had to pick on anything, I would say the parking garage is very tight. But not much you can do about that.

The garage for parking was a separate elevator and building from the rooms. It is a bit confusing at first but once you know where you are going it is fine. More signage would have been helpful.

The ceiling in the bedrooms is angled low above the bed, a little inconvenient for tall people but the balcony and the view from above amazing and it’s more important for us.

Was a little noisy in the room but that had to do with the furnace. The outside noise was normal downtown city noise you would expect

Placemakr Sobro has the many of the conveniences of home such as a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It is also more comfortable and spacious than most hotel rooms. We had a city view on a high floor with a balcony , which was really nice! We would highly recommend the Placemakr Sobro!
