The room needed a little updating, mattress was a bit old, the wood cabinets in the bathroom need to be stained and redone.

So many things…. The butler service was great, walkable to everything, I love having snacks, water and drinks available in the fridge at all times. The staff were wonderful and attentive. I loved the bathroom with the dual sinks!

THIS HOTEL WAS AMAZING! Butler service, beautiful room, amazing location it was absolutely perfect! The staff was so incredibly nice and accommodating. They provided snacks, drinks, turndown service, bath salts, and it was all included in the stay. I will stay here again my next trip back to Charleston. I also highly recommend this beautiful property.

Nothing! Exceeded my expectation in all regards!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic. Decor and design awesome. All staff (from cleaning to butler to valet driver) were exceptional. Rooms and mini fridge offerings were such a welcomed treat. Turn down service and evening hotel ambiance was swoon worthy. This was the perfect upleveled home away from home experience in such a vibrant city. We can't wait to return and share our recommendation of this hotel with our traveling friends and family. Bravo Spectator!!

Nothing ! The only tiny item was no turndown service -missed the wonderful little treats they normally leave.

Location!!! Also room sizes are nice and the best part is double sinks and counter space in bath. The arrival cocktail is such a nice touch and service is always outstanding.

I enjoyed the experience at the spectator hotel. i went with my husband and kids and the staff noticed my kids and gave them a coloring book and colored pencils. We also had a small bag left on our door by our butler Jerry with the same thing and a hand written note that said “for the little ones”. Our butler also wrote down restaurant recommendations after telling him the type of food we enjoyed. I could keep going, but this hotel was a nice different experience!

The only thing was walking to and from hotel there are some very aggressive people trying to sell you things. Nothing to do with the hotel, just location.

Breakfast was excellent and with good choices and flexibility. The option have it brought to the room was very helpful. The staff were wonderful. Very nice bar/lounge area. Quiet, clean, beautiful in a not "over the top" way. Just a great experience.

Location was amazing. Jim in the lobby was the nicest man ever and made us feel so welcomed. The staff were simply top notch. Jim and his associate that worked the lobby were so informative and knowledgeable about the city. They really made our trip.

There was no dining room, where we normally like to eat breakfast, this was a disadvantage.

cupboard light didnt turn off and toilet didnt flush properly but staff came and fixed it as soon as we reported it.

Butler was amazing, staff were lovely. Bar was great and room was spectacular. Location near the markets was really convenient as well. Loved being able to walk everywhere from the Hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, The room was very well well decorated. The bed and pillows were delightful. The butler service for breakfast was perfect, since we were in a hurry to get on the road. We didn't waste any time in the morning waiting at a restaurant. The valet service took great care of my car.
