The neighborhood is changing but it is still a little dicey in parts. The hotel staff does a wonderful job though of keeping cars safe. Felt very comfortable there.

The rooms were much smaller than the photo showing room on booking.com. There is no table or refrigerator in the room. The bed didn't appear to be a queen size bed.

This is very minor, but the green colored paint in my room was a little too stark and cold… it reminded me of the Quonset huts I grew up with as an army brat. Something warmer would have made the room seem a little more inviting and comfortable. Atmosphere is everything!

This property was newly renovated about a year ago I believe. The result was very favorable… The rooms are clean and well appointed and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The lobby is a small but cozy and welcoming. There is a nice little bar directly off the lobby area as well as additional seating indoors as well as outdoors… it is conveniently located near the Ponce City Market, which features a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment venues. I was very pleased with my stay.

The TV was awkwardly positioned over the desk, so you couldn’t watch TV while in bed. I’m also not a fan of having to come out of the bathroom to wash my hands. I like the sink right next to the toilet.

The front desk and bar staff were absolutely wonderful. They were able to answer any questions that we needed and offer suggestions. Shyann was so pleasant and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable

The only thing some folks might not expect is the heavy doors at the entrance and heavy guest room doors, but that just means well built to me. I don't mind using a little extra muscle.

Very comfortable bed and quiet. And we were provided with complimentary deodorant that we forgot to pack, as well as upgrade to a room with a king-size bed. Would stay again next trip to Atlanta.

Given the location, I thought the room rate was overpriced. The location is central, but a bit off the beaten path. Walkability is to attractions and services is not feasible. This was not an issue becuase I had a car.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bartender and the young lady working at the coffee bar in the morning were also very welcoming. The hotel appears to be quite new. The facilities were fresh and well kept. Ample parking. The interior courtyard was beautiful! It was a bit chilly when I was there so there were only 4 people outside one night. The noise was noticable but no necessarily an issue. I can see the potential for noise to be challenge when the weather is warmer and more people are taking advantage of the space.

We did have an issue with our AC during our stay, but the staff was very accommodating and moved us to a new nicer room.

The ONLY draw back was the drug dealer parked in the parking lot for quite some time...he actually made a sale with one of the hotel patrons and then just stayed in the parking lot for a couple hours...of course it is downtown Atlanta...to be expected.

Everything! It was so eclectic and so clean! The room set up was so different and so nice! We didn't come across one single staff member that wasn't smiling and greeting us. We can't recommend this hotel enough.

Surrounding area wasn't the nicest - no issue when on the hotel property, but it did feel a little rough when I ventured outside. Shouldn't be an issue if you're just stopping overnight and driving/Uber'ing to your intended destination.

Nice hotel with a great atmosphere in the bar/lounge area. Friendly and helpful staff. Interesting cocktails.

Some staff are not the friendliest at the bar area at evening. Room not cleaned properly every day. Glasses not washed, trash not removed
