The sheets weren't very soft.

The location is outstanding. I was in New Haven for my nephew's senior thesis performance at Yale and The Study is very convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Staff were cheerful and helpful. Location is perfect for Yale campus activities. Room, lobby, and restaurant were comfortable yet upscale. Young and old both looked to be working on laptops in the lobby area. Breakfast menu had plenty of choice and was delicious. Beds were comfortable. Allowed late checkout, and kept our car with luggage in it until we left around 5. We happily valeted the car…not sure parking the car would have been an option in this area of town.

The gym/health workout facility is subpar.

The bed is comfortable and the location is superb. The lobby and it's cozy seating area is wonderful.

Many steps in front of hotel make it difficult t carry up big suitcase or for even slightly disabled people to carry things up. You should build a side ramp for everyone to use. I heard there is an elevator for the disabled but think a ramp for all would be much wiser.

Clean modern room with a wonderful view of the campus. Very comfortable bed. Good location for the Yale Art Gallery, Art & Architecture part of campus and for good restaurants on Chapel St.

We weren't expecting a valet service so we were caught a little off guard, but otherwise wonderful.

Very friendly staff, valet parking, lovely large room with comfortable beds and large work space, quick and delicious room service, great complimentary tea and coffee in the morning, and wonderful location within easy walking distance of campus.

The lighting in the room is really not great.

We really like the location and the staff. There is a large lobby area where guests can get free coffee in the morning an d where it is very comfortable to sit and read or talk.

My room had a connecting door to the next room that was NOT acoustically isolated, so I could hear conversations (word for word) and other sounds whenever the room next door was occupied.

Beautiful, elegant design; perfect location; nice restaurant off lobby; comfortable beds.

The lack of a small refrigerator in the room was a disappointment. The halls and the fitness room were too cold; it felt as though the air conditioning was on; this is uncomfortable and a terrible waste of energy. We had hoped to use the fitness center, but did not because of this - the thermostats were locked and set at 63 degrees!

Location is excellent. Allowance of pets was a factor in our choice.

We always park off site now -- we prefer that to the valet parking. We wish you would bring back glass cups for drinking water in the rooms, or at least provide more cups. We wish the cleaning staff wouldn't knock on the door three hours before check-out time.

Stylish, clean, calm rooms which are well-equipped for academic work. Love the newspapers and the morning coffee in the lobby.

It's expensive.

The Study is my favorite hotel in New Haven. The beds are cozy and delightful, and the rooms are clean and crisp. The staff is great. I'd live there is I could.
