The bed wasn’t the comfiest but also wasn’t terrible.

The staff was very inconsistent. You had no idea when the office was going to open or close and they seemed to have different hours every day. On 3 out of the 4 days that we were there, there was no beach attendant to be found to rent chairs from, so we just sat down. Then on 1 day out of the 4, someone drove up and asked about our name and room number and asked if we wanted to rent chairs. We said "no thanks" (there were only about 2 hours until they would pack up the chairs that day) and started putting our things back in our bags and he responded "Well then you can pack up your things and head on out then". It's really not about paying for chairs, but about being caught off guard because there was no one asking for payment any other day.

The condo was amazing aside from the air conditioner being extremely loud when it kicked on. Everything was clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. All resort areas were kept very clean and orderly.

We love the Summit and Bikini Bob's. 808 is so very nice. Loved all the nice pillows and blankets! Nice frig and range. Daniel was awesome...so very helpful and accommodating.

Only one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag.

It was very clean! Couple of my girlfriends stayed there this past week and we loved it. Super close to everything and the beach!! The beach wasn’t crowded nor the pools! Would def come back!

the location of the property was perfect. the toilet door sticks so if you need to use the bathroom in the night remember to leave it open.

just a few things that need attention. one bathroom door gets stuck and the bathtub faucet is loose. nothing major. The lady in the lobby reception could be friendlier.

For those who plan to bring their family, you should know there is a strip club across the street. Also, it smells like marijuana outside all day and night. Water in the shower does not drain well due to faulty design. The bed and sofa are not comfortable and should be replaced. There are 3 elevators for the entire building and they are small and run slow. There is a $27 fee for parking & wristbands.

The room did not display the mirrors on the wall as pictured, which is what I would've loved.

The property is fine I had no problem with that I didn’t like it was misunderstanding when I booked the room it shows 2 set of bunk beds so it’s means 4 beds but when I came I only saw one set and the other for the beach chairs and sunshade you just need to be more clear about it. Because when you say beach chairs and sunshade it mean’s chairs in the front of the beach

The cost for 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max allowed) was $40 not $20 Suit 808: -bedroom mattress is worn out and needs replaced. -There is black mold on the ceiling (corner of couch/vertical blinds) - picture provided - Would have been nice to have known the refrigerator did not have an ice maker. 2 ice cube trays will not generate enough ice for 4 people in the summer. Common area: Pool area was noisy (loud music) instead of relaxing. Witnessed a fight that required police intervention. - this did not feel family friendly. 4 elevators, only 2 worked consistently. Not sufficient for volume of guests.

Location Suit 808 was nicely remodeled Key code access was convenient. AC worked well. The dehumidifier in the room helped improve the effectiveness of the AC. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishes/pots and pans. Suggest adding a pizza cutter to the kitchen utensils. The 6 Bath towels were sufficient, only 2 wash cloths.

One small thing, the signs posted says the hot tub is open from 8am - 11:00 pm but it was open 8-4:30 due to maintenance

I love that the property was so close to the beach and that there was a good system of security.
