Only complaints i have is the room door did not lock and the dryer did not work

I loved how nice the condo was and the two big pools and I loved the tiki bar

The staff when we checked in were pretty short with us. Maybe because we booked through booking.com?? It was pretty noisy. There is only one elevator for about 450 rooms so you either need to be in good shape to climb stairs (thankfully we were only on the third floor) or you need to have a ton of patience to wait for the elevator. I never got the checklist to check off what worked and what didn’t, however everything that we needed was working fine. The dryer didn’t work so we didn’t was the towels that as requested, but I didn’t think they would want to have to lug wet towels somewhere to be dried. It would have been nice if the chairs and umbrellas on the beach were included.

Our unit was very outdated and needed quite a bit of repair work on peeling paint, ceilings, and bathtub. the patio door was very hard to open and we had to squeeze through the small opening. The required clean up wasn’t bad but we were unable to sweep as there was no broom in the unit.

The room was not clean! Mold on ceiling and around vents. The sheet for the pullout sofa was nasty. The shower was dirty. Several things about the room!! The elevator not working half the time or taking 15 minutes or longer to go up or down!! Took the stairs several times and I was on the 8th floor!!

Pool, the view, and the location in general. Close to all the attractions, food, and shopping we like.

love the summit always stay here for the location restaurant on site nice pools and rooms. but not this time never rent room 421! mold everywhere paid early access fee to find out the room had “been” ready the night before I arrived. room was NASTY! floors horrible, shirt size stickers stuck to sides of toilet, no dust pain to sweep with the list goes on. I bought my own cleaning supplies and spent my first day of vacation cleaning toilets tubs floors etc. very disappointed

Room 528 needs new coffee pot, current one leaks. The bottom drawer in dishwasher isn’t the right size, barely fits. The toilets were extremely low, should be updated for seniors. Would think that you could provide a higher grade if toilet paper.

The floors were greasy and slippery when we checked in. The stove was so nasty and rusted we didnt use it. The one big pan to cook in was so warped it wouldnt even sit halfway even on eye. The shower was over your ankles by time you got out due to water not draining. The washer AND dryer didnt work. I wasn't informed of this when booking! You HAVE TO have a washer/dryer with babies and kids that stay covered in sand and wet.It would have been a deal breaker for me had the owner informed me.i cant see a washer AND dryer broken and the owner not aware of this! The washer had obviously been messed up for some time because it would turn on but the start button was missing and could tell many people had tried it before bc it was all scratched where people shoved things in there trying to get it to start. Dryer didnt even turn on.Contacted owner about this..never got a reply! No fault of owner... with no washer and dryer we had to use laundromat. The 1 close to our room was out of order so had to go to other side of building. Change machines were broke! At 11pm clothes still weren't dry! Ran out of so quarters no where at condo to get change so clothes sat soaking wet until could get change to dry next day! Some kind of alarm went off to exit building when we put babies down so had to get them back up go downstairs. Our nap was only 30mins due to alarm CONSTATNTLY going off for the next hr sometimes only 2mins apart! Elevators stopped working and then we were down to 1 elevator.

3rd floor with 14month old twins was great we took stairs when long elevator wait. The bed was great! I have a horrible back and didnt wake up stiff in the mornings.

I requested a lower floor because of my health issue and we got the seventh floor and the elevators was so slow it took us 45 minutes to get to our room. our room the bathroom need to be updated.

The condo was spacious, but extremely dated. The washing machine is on it’s last leg. I also did not like that they held our $200 deposit, which we were not aware of, for 10 days after we left.

The location is amazing! Easy access to the beach and a nice pool/tiki bar area.

The unit needs to be updated. Paint, ceiling fixed, exhaust fans in bathrooms need to be replaced. Makes a loud noise when on.

I arrived late and didn’t understand how thorough to do the check in review. The guest room tv didn’t work. (found out after filling the sheet) The master bed was wobbly because it was unsecured from the headboard. The tv didn’t have a remote. The entire apartment reeked of weed from spring breakers. And I was charged for the remote and a smoking fee despite the fact no one in my group smokes.

That the room wasn’t very clean, our patio door was broken at first could barely open it the first day, called and told the the person who owned the condo the refrigerator was leaking and he said he would the next day around 930 10 and never showed up.

The beds were hard and I could feel the box springs. The ladder on the bunk bed was loose.

I loved the view and location! I like the security around! It felt safe. The pools were really nice along with the hot tubs!

Our condo was severely run down. The air conditioner didn’t work, the door didn’t lock, the coach was stained and gross to sit on. The TV was all scratched up. There were holes in the walls and missing electrical covers. The bed had a huge lump/hole in it due to over usage. I tried to report it to the booking company and no one called me back. This condo would be great for a bunch of kids on spring break but it was a little disheartening for myself and a family with 2 young kids.

The outside pool, Tiki bar and ocean view was spectacular!

It seamed hot in the room even with the air turned down also didn't like that there is no staff at night. Floors were sandy when we got there had to sweep the living room.

the condo needed some love. Walls were in bad shape and it was just generally worn out. In looking for something we moved the bed a bit and the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired.
