I didn’t like how we couldn’t see the ocean when it had said ocean view , also our restroom to our room the door was broken and just smelt horrible when we would walk by or come back in the room it had smelt like there was a sewage leak or something some wheee

I loved how beautiful the pool was and how the ocean was right there and how it was close to everything else you didn’t have to drive far

The room is in desperate need of updating. One wall was not completely painted. Wall electrical socket was left hanging out of the wall. Electric cord ran across the floor to the other side of the room to a lamp. Overhead light fixture as you come in the door is broken and left open and exposed. The old broken refrigerator was left in our room from where they replaced it with a new one. We were a little disappointed with the room. Not exactly what we thought when we booked it. :(

Great location on the quiet end of PCB. The room was clean and for the money and location was good.

first thing they overcharge for parking it should be free for paying guest. second we pay for cleaning and there was mold all over bathroom. third they had construction going on which was fine however they decided that they would come and take our door down at 8am in morning and ruined half our day because they thought it was ok to leave our belongings in the room with the door missing. customer service was worthless and we should’ve got a partial refund however they didn’t think so apparently because I’m still waiting on a call.

there were a few things that could be fixed or updated in the room. like the bathroom needs some attention. also I had to buy some frying pans to cook in one night and also there are not enough forks for 4 people to use. I left the pans I purchased there in hopes someone else might be glad to have them to use during their stay.

the room was not clean! The room needs to be re modeled! The dishes they we got down still had food on them! I had to sweep, under the beds were dirty! The beds needs to be replaced! The room that they keep extra stuff in has no door! The sliding doors have mold !

Everything! DO NOT STAY HERE! Room is NOT as pictured what so ever!!!!! Water damage, black mold, electrical nuts/tape on wires to fan & lights, room was dirty upon arrival with food & tissues on floor. Bed sheets had stains, hair & food crumbs. House keeping was called, they came…they DID NOT do their job, yet again. Huge hole in wall that was “patched”, walls also bowed out from water damage. Couch stained, curtains don’t close all the way. Air vents filthy. Room should be condemned. Honestly I could keep typing on all the issues.

The room was not cleaned properly. Had a strong musty stale smell. The bottom sheets on the bed had brown fingerprints all on them. The floor had not been mopped, there where stains on the floor. I took it upon myself to buy some cleaning stuff for the nights we where their to mop and make it smell clean as well. Bathroom shower had the pink fungus in it, the wall to the right by the door was sinking in, if you pushed hard enough it would had busted a hole. The curtains had to be pinned together with safety pins we bought so nobody could see in since they where to little for the glass doors. The kitchens oven was dirty and had stains from previous on the outside. The couch had a blood stain and other stains on the arm of it and was just dirty as well. A closet was in the room and was very messy with someone’s clothes in it. Just not a great experience. The security officer was very snappy and was no help from “staff” at the gulf. Called about a room change and all but was told no since it was owned privately.

Additional pillows would have helped us to sleep better. We need our heads elevated.

No breakfast provided. Biggest complaint was two bed had only 3 flat pillows. Second, hard to find, no signs. Using dryer, would flip the breaker putting us in the dark. I understand it is an old and under renovation.

Security person was rude no one at the guard shack because it was being worked on also working on the roof dropped several things down and almost hit my grand child before they marked it with police tape which they should’ve done to begin with so we wouldn’t have gone out there Bathroom door would not close and air conditioner didn’t really get cool

The room is very outdated and dirty. Mold, hair, splaters on nightstand sofa had a mixture of blood and food stains. The bathroom door would not shut unless I picked up with both hands and slammed headboards broke off bed kitchen faucet was hanging in like a loose tooth. A straight stream of water from the bathroom sink was wished for instead I was sprayed while brushing my teeth. The shower curtain was nasty stained and molded plus...the inside curtain was not clean and would not stop sticking to my body. If I attach pics I so will.

The pool when they didnt close it and the air performance in room. The cleaning lady out side was great. She needs to be in charge of the room cleaning.

Pillows were flat. Mold smell. Stained wash cloths. Electrical sockets hanging out of the walls. An extension cord was used for lamps for lighting. Mold in the shower.

The location and upkeep of the outside. Staff was friendly.
