We couldn't stay longer!

Where do I begin!? The bed and pillows were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The accommodation was full of amenities. We appreciated the nice linens, diahwear to cook and eat with. As well as the beach chairs we enjoyed during our day trip to St. Pete. We enjoyed the location, and I would recommend a rental car as many things are 12 minutes away, St. Pete was 35-60 min depending on traffic. We were so grateful for the safe parking for our rental car. Little touches such as a candle, chargers, books, puzzles, etc. were very nice additions. If we are ever in the area again, we will absolutely book with Janice again as she was very responsive and kind.

There was a minor leak in the bathroom which the host promptly addressed. She was very responsive & welcoming.

The Urban Nest was spacious for 2, very well decorated, welcoming & cheery. We were very comfortable with the excellent heating/cooling system. The shower always had hot water. The Keurig coffee maker was great. The stove heated our breakfast oatmeal fast. The queen bed was comfortable. The wifi was fast & the LG TV screen was very good with access to Prime, Netflix, YouTube etc. It was close to our relatives & easy access to restaurants, WM, gas stations etc. We felt right at home.

This is a terrific bungalow home in a beautiful part of Tampa. The home itself was perfect for my needs, with one bedroom, a very comfortable bed, a small living room and a well-stocked kitchen (especially the Keurig coffee maker). I was in Tampa to work on-site, so I didn't spend much time in the home, but I felt safe and was very comfortable for the two nights I was there. I especially appreciated the cleanliness throughout, which is a critical concern for me.

The toilet gave us a little issue that resulted in a watery floor, but the owner got it fixed and cleaned up while we were sightseeing. After that, no issues at all!

Great location from downtown Tampa. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean! The owner was very nice, answered all questions, very accommodating, and all issues handled promptly. I loved the little snacks and bottled waters when we arrived.

This little home brought surprise and peace of mind during our travels. My kids and I are very allergic but we were allergy free during this stay. The room was very very clean, with a beautiful private garden, very quiet. Great place to take a break, very close to the park and USF, we enjoyed it so much I think we will be back.

It's not really a complaint... The absolute ONLY thing that wasn't quite to our liking was the bed mattress seemed a little thin, but....(we both have a few extra pounds lol). But honestly, that would not stop us from booking with the urban nest again. We simply loved it!

Location was close to everywhere we needed to go. Very quiet and host respected our privacy. Super clean and very cozy. Host is very thoughtful and accommodating. I personally loved the big fluffy towels and coffee selection...it made it feel just like home.

A television in the bedroom would have been nice but it’s not a deal breaker. The bench in the bedroom did leave a lot of storage space to keep our stuff off the floor so that was a plus.
