The hotel is located at a very trafficked intersection! Be prepared to face a lot of noise night and day. The room has no AC, just a fan, windows can't be opened. Our room was literally a greenhouse. Bedsheets were not very clean.

The location is pretty good. You have multiple MUNI line stops around. It's not far from Union square, just a 15 minute walk! Even if the bathroom was shared for the entire floor it was kept very clean.

Very good location, 15 min walk to union square, Tram and Bus stop right outside. Shared bathroom was always clean, room also was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The stairs. I was on 4th floor with quite a few bags and there is no elevator. Also the stairs are a little warped from old age and taking a misstep on them is common. Be careful

Price was great. Just needed a room to stay at until I could move into my new apartment. It was located around the corner from where I work and had a bunch of great places to eat nearby

Noisy, you can hear other guests, no elevator, only one toilet for whole level of rooms, furniture was in bad condition, they refused to keep my luggage at the reception even for two hours after check-out

The room is very small, there is not even a closet or clothes rack. Very noisy, it is next to the highway, and you hear cars all the time as if we were on the highway. The stairs and hallway smell bad.

Slanted floor made sleeping a bit of a challenge. Street noise makes sleep difficult early in the morning.. The shower/bath gets a bit flooded.

Hotel had a distinct smell. Was difficult to get a hold of the care takers when trying to buzz into the hotel. Was also difficult to get a hold of them when nobody was at the desk. Shared bathrooms weren't ideal, but also weren't as bad as I thought. The hotel got pretty cold at night.

Location was perfect for the Moscone during conventions. The price is also amazing.

The location was convenient to downtown SF, the room was clean. The place itself is not beautiful, and the location is right next to a highway on ramp, but the bed was comfortable and the price was very good.
