We tried twice to get the conditioner in the shower replace because it was empty when they came the first time they changed everything but the conditioner and when i called again they said they would take care of it no one ever brought any

There was no Microwave in the rooms, and the pools closed at 5 pm. Also, most of the restaurants were closed, being it was a Thursday. I don't know why that is, but I think it should be open daily.

The view was amazing; I would suggest staying on a higher floor to enjoy the view. In-room dining was available, and it was terrific. I would only say that they add a microwave to the rooms. We stayed for two days and had leftovers from dinner, and unfortunately, we were unable to eat them because we could not reheat them. Besides that, this place is fantastic, and I would strongly suggest staying for more than one night, being there are so many things to do.

They had a water issue we were not have ice cubes for when we needed them we had to go all the way downstairs to a bar and get cups of ice cubes we could not drink the water either to brush our teeth we had to use bottled water which was another issue of going up and down getting more bottle water

There was no complimentary water and slippers. Valet was so slow. One of the towels was really stained.

There didn't seem to be a real entry point like the Borgata next door. The parking lot wasn't kept well for the kind of hotel the MGM is.

The hotel is lovely. The restaurants are amazing, especially the Prime Steakhouse. It was very quiet and the rooms were very well kept. There was a lovely smell all throughout the hotel.

Its far from downtown AC unless u have a car o uber. Needs to improve noise proof rooms.We had to call security at 3 am because loud groups, partying next rooms, and my son couldn’t rest enough for his marathon next day.

Signs for guiding to restaurants need to be more clear. Arrows were a bit vague and confusing. Wish there was more shopping options that I was familiar with.

The rooms were pristine. Bed super comfortable. Bathroom roomy and modern. A lot of room to move around throughout the room. Abundant amount of food options and activities within the resort.

Since I basically stayed in my room the whole time, I ordered room service frequently. I assumed, like it has been in the past, that there would be a table brought in with the food Not in containers then placed in a shopping bag.

The body soap was empty, the floor was not vacuumed, and you have to go all the way to borgato to swim with children. Hallway stunk like weed too.

Pool was a disappointment. Website pictures are misleading, showing pool at night when it closes at 7pm, maybe winter time for the hardy. Small, very shallow (3.5 ft throughout), small jacuzzi had peeling paint and cracked grout lining. Also, why on earth only accept 21y+? With 3.5 ft pools. Buffet not available Mon-Wednesday and frankly top for AC, but modest elsewhere (disappointing quality seafood, for example, only medium shrimp and mussels/clams). Far from the glory days of AC or Vegas. Many facilities closed somewhat randomly during the week.

Superb new hotel, spacious rooms, excellent restaurants and bars. Top ranked buffet. Excellent staff.

Surface parking was a big mistake dunce it was very far from the front desk. One had to have a reservation to eat at the restaurant American Grille or wait until 9:00 PM to get in

The Pool was nice but it was difficult to get there because you had to go outside to access the area. My wife had foot surgery and had a boot on and we had to go down many steps to get there and then back up to get back in.
