The breakfast was a 5 out of 10. Beautiful setup, great ambiance, but not flavorful for the amount we paid. The orange juice was hot. The soda was flat. I do realize you have to accommodate each guest, so food couldn't be seasoned to my liking. (so for that I'll do an 8 out of 10) Breakfast is my most favorite meal of the day, hence the reason I'm sooo descriptive.

Our shower was clogged and the water would pool when we took a shower. The sink had mold growing in it. Could have easily been cleaned. It was gross to look at . But other then that it was a great experience, hotel is beautiful and it’s in a great location.

The hotel is a bit dated and the towels/bathrooms show their age.

The staff are very friendly and solicitous. The rooms are comfortable and the location is great -- right across from a mall with many food options and access to a metro. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby which is perfect for morning coffee.

We had an early departuture, I went to the front desk twice and asked for them to have a cab for me at 5:45 am, both times they confirmed the cab had been set up. When I went to the lobby at 5:40 am expecting a cab had been ordered, but it had not been called. I just ask if they say something will be done I expect it to be done.

When we arrived, there were no luggage carts available; that, coupled with the fact that the hotel no longer has bellhops, makes checking in difficult, especially after a day of driving. The room was not as clean as we expected/hoped.

Actually, the carpet in that room is due is due for a good steam cleaning.

The room was nice, appeared clean. Housekeeping services were available every day for fresh towels and such. Beds and pillows are quite comfortable.

For the price I was paying to stay there! I didn't like the fact that I had to park on the street in the middle of the night, and the breakfast buffet was $19 (Breakfast wasn't good) The staff that had the 11:30pm shift on 9/29/23 was rude. Telling me I can either pay $40/ night to park in the garage or park in the street. "It's your choice!" ($40 is crazy to pay to park in the garage) There is no microwave in the rooms, Your lighting is dim in the room, and this "City View" you speak of does not go around the whole building, and the phone in the room did not work, I had to use my own to call the front desk!

I was able to travel somewhere different for the weekend to see my childhood friend! Stores and restaurants were walking distance from the hotel!

I booked a room and then they told me that they didn’t have room of that type and that it was booking.coms issue. I didn’t like that when you get there they tell you about the 40 dollar parking i think that should be incurred prior in the listing . I was just upset i didn’t get the room i was expecting to get and their phones in the rooms don’t work.

I like the closeness of the locations around us we could walk to close restaurants and not have to move our car

Hotel is tired and in need of updates. The AC unit was very loud, the sink was dripping at the faucets. I dropped an earring and had to look under the beds and it was dusty/dirty. For a Westin I was very disappointed :(
