It seemed as if there were several weddings or groups staying there. The lobby area was very crowded at times where you could barely get through.

Close to the venue we were going too. Rooms were clean and very nice.

Loved that the hotel was close to Riverwalk. The staff was very friendly and the room was a comfortable environment.

- It's unbelievable that for a hotel of this standard, you have to pay for basic internet. Please get to the 21st century ! - The bathroom is getting a bit outdated and it took a whole while before getting hot water.

For my business travel, this hotel is very conveniently located. The rooms are good, bed is very nice. The staff is friendly and correct.

The main reason I chose the hotel was because it has a pool, but we were not notified in advance that the pool is closed. Someone also charged their meal to our room and it took the front desk person looking up the receipt to believe me when I said it wasn't a charge I made (whoever did it didn't know my last name, so it was obviously not our charge from the signature). They should have a better way to verify when charging to a room; a simple ID check would suffice. It was obvious they didn't believe me until they saw the signature. I'm not sure it's a good idea to insult your guests at a high end hotel like that. It's unlikely I'd stay at a Westin again as a result.

Good location by the river walk. Overall well designed and maintained rooms.

The time on the website for breakfast is incorrect for Friday. It says they are open until 11 on Fridays, but it actually ends at 10. That just needs to be updated. Also, we were told our room would be cleaned on the third night of four and it was not. I know it's still Covid, but I really would have liked a refresh after staying there for a few days.

Nice hotel in what feels like a safe area with easy, plentiful, free parking. Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable. Restaurant had a good breakfast menu. Very accommodating for our small dogs.

I am a Bonvoy member but could not connect to the internet in my room. This caused an issue with keeping up with work email and tasks. The bar could have been open later on a weekend.

The facility was clean and conveniently located. There was a variety of eating establishments. I enjoyed the onsite breakfast and bar area.

I knew that breakfast was not included when I booked the room, but I was a surprised at the scant "grab and go" breakfast offerings and prices charged: $6 for a cup of coffee and croissant? That really should have been included in the price of the room. Also, the front desk receptionist our last morning didn't have any idea how to get more toilet paper for our room. I mean, seriously?

James at check-in was very friendly and welcoming, which was nice after our long drive. The room was comfortable and spacious, bathroom was a good size and clean. Also, great location for enjoying the Wilmington Riverwalk!

The bathroom sink had nail clippings and facial hair shavings (the details matter). Price was pretty high for a single night stay.

No complimentary travel size toothpaste and toothbrush. On the floor I stayed on, had some debris like paper or tissue outside in the corridor on the floor.

Receptionist seemed somewhat indifferent. Not sure she’s in the right field of work . Beautiful and luxurious bathrobe but only one bathrobe, really ? Wife and I had to take turns using it. Mainly I found this hotel somewhat expensive for what it offered. No complaints as such but just not value added in my opinion.

Reasonably well located, clean, entrance & lobby. Breakfast was excellent and service was above par even though we arrived 30 minutes to closing. Room was comfy, clean, modern and spacious.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating We bought our dog and they all went out of their way to welcome and e sure we had a great stay The cleaning lady was so nice as was Amanda the waitress in the restaurant
