This place is really nice and comfortable and the host was wonderful. We stayed there because there was an ice storm and I had a very early surgery scheduled at the nearby hospital. As soon we parked, the host was there to greet us at the door. He gave us a choice of two wonderful rooms and asked us about breakfast. I said we were leaving the Inn very early, so would not take breakfast. However he insisted that he would make breakfast that night and we could take it to go (only for my wife because I couldn't eat because of the surgery, but my wife said it was excellent and she ate every bite.) Highly recommend staying at this lovely Inn, and will return.

We had a suite but not a lot of comfortable seating and the bed took up a great deal of the bedroom. Though we had three rooms, it felt cramped.

We were in the upswing of the last COVID pandemic, so I confined myself to eating in our rooms or in the dining area when no one else was around. Really appreciated having access to the refrigerator, utensils, etc. the location is terrific and the staff were very nice and helpful. Loved having the gas fire to visit after a cold walk outside.

A very quaint but unique inn. To be greeted with a smile and freindly face, (John) meant the world to my son and I. The slogan on the door "come in strangers leave as friends" could never be more true. And, of course, our compliments to the chef! We have a wonderful stay

The room temperature needed some adjusting but it worked out fine. The TV should have been simpler to turn on. We had wonderful hot showers but heard some others saying they didn't have hot water.

This was my first experience at a Bed & Breakfast and I loved it! The place was so quaint and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect and the breakfast was a delight!

The White House Inn exceeded our expectations. It was well appointed and maintained, beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and suite. Just one block from historic downtown Williamsport. John (the manager) was informative and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good but a little light—just fruit and pancakes. Adding eggs or a meat would have made it so much better….The tv remote was hard to work. Even another young guest we visited with expressed frustration with it.

The room was so cute! Very “colonial period” decorating but the coverlet is new. Beautiful antiques. Very cozy. Ed was very personable and had the room open and waiting for us when we arrived.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Scrumptious breakfasts. We stayed for 3 nights and had 3 different breakfasts served. Some of the rooms connect to a shared great room allowing for those traveling together with others can have a private space to share. All rooms were clean. Plenty of fluffy towels.
