Service at the bar restaurant was very slow. There were plenty of staff, we couldn't figure out why it took so long for waiters to check-in and to receive food/bill.

I would have liked to know more about hiking trail options and the gym. I suspect the gym is near the Spa but it’s not clear if guests have access or if it’s a nice facility. Also, we enjoyed the Tower Pool one day but were disappointed that the water slide wasn’t operational.

Breakfast was great with a variety of tasty and healthy options. The waitstaff and bartender were all friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Burger at the WBar was very dry and over cooked. Bacon was so hard I could not bite into it.

Bed and pillows were awesome. Roomservice very good. Taco trio was heavenly. Pool was clean and DJ was fun on Saturday afternoon

The only bad thing is the carpet in the rooms is old and worn, it looks dirty. I expected better for what we paid.

My rental car was kicked in my last day of the visit by a soldier partying on the property at 5:00 am. Security was there immediately after being called as were two police officers and they were all great; but the incident left a bad taste in my mouth. I was actually going to send my children there for a vacation but now I’m not sure.

When we checked in, my kid mentioned it was my birthday, so I received a free bottle of wine for one of the restaurants on the property. The room was clean and the cabana service was good.

The air conditioner couldn’t keep up so we were sweaty at night trying to sleep. It’s needs a deep clean and an update. You can hear the people next to you very well. The shower was garbage. The pressure was weak and did a weird surging thing. Every other towel smelled sour. The tower pool was gross and we got out after we saw a bandaid float by. The market wasn’t open when it was supposed to be.

This place is nice enough, but really dated. The room service was prompt and good. The street tacos were a highlight. The property is huge and very easy to get lost as everything looks the same. The area is nice but it’s not centralized near anything. We had to drive everywhere.

The service at restaurant was excellent. The server was attentive. When I complained about my room it was addressed immediately, and subsequently changed.

A little miscommunication on location of room. Wanted to be closest to the pool but we got put next to the 18+ pool instead of the family friendly pool. Also, was a hassle to get more wristbands for pool areas with how many kids we had. Not every family is the traditional group of 4. Double check that when booking so you have no surprises when you get there if you have a larger family.

Great stay for the holiday weekend. Pool server was amazing! Housekeeping was great and quick.

See above What we liked: What was thoughtful: The room service was fine. And the waiter that brought me a cocktail found me on the back patio when I didn’t answer the door!

The breakfast around the pool at the restaurant looked delicious but it took 45 minutes. There must have been an under staffing issue. The waitress was nice and did not charge us when the food finally come because we just could not eat it. It was inedible. The southwest eggs Benedict were covered in chilis, and the chicken and waffles were dry and hard - as if they were made the day before.

Housekeeping didn’t come until the 3rd day and when they did finally come, they didn’t change the sheets or make the bed. Only replaced towels & coffee. The price is high per night considering the tub was peeling, water pressure is very low and the room in general is relatively outdated. The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Staff is great. Food was good.

Although I thought I booked a room in one of the many bungalows that dot the property I ended up in a two level multi-room building. I booked two rooms and one was indeed in a bungalow, so same rate but different experience.
