The rainshower showerhead wasn't like a rainshower. A friend stayed in another room a week later. They had same issue with showerhead spray.

The room was very modern, plus they included some things reminiscent of the old chocolate factory.

There was a mix up in our reservation, so we booked somewhere else and then ours was found, got a parking credit (yeah!). Would've loved a microwave even in a common area. Also had to give 24 hour notice to have our room cleaned, short staffed!

The location was awesome! Staff was friendly. Loved the Wilbur buds and the scent of cocoa.

Everything was wonderful. The location, right in the heart of town. The facility is modern, yet you an still see the charm of the original chocolate factory. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Great restaurant and bar. There are shops on the bottom floor where you can buy food to take out. We will certainly be back again.

The hotel is built on the site of the original Wilbur Chocolate Factory and many of its beams are from the original building, preserving some of the history of this pretty and historic town. The hotel was very clean, immaculately maintained and the staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms are extremely comfortable—loved the pillows and bedding and the decor. The restaurant was fabulous—amazing wood fired ovens and busy chefs preparing whole fish, steaks, chops, etc. Delicious food and great service, in spite of the fact that they were short-staffed due to the ongoing outpouring of unemployment benefits to people who are able to work. We would stay at the Wilbur Lititz Tapestry again!! It is located near the park, cafes, restaurants, shops and historic sites.

The hotel rooms have no sound protection. Other guests (kids) in hallway are very loud and construction outside was very loud both very early in the morning. Windows must be single pane glass.

No breakfast included. Coffee in the lobby was pretty good coffee.

The walls seemed like paper as everything can be heard in the room. Had people walking around and talking at 1030-1100 which was unfortunate as it woke up the group.

the rooms were loud. they know the music is loud from the restaurant so they put a noise machine in your room which is awful. not ideal with kids! didn’t offer any compensation and pillows were awful; had no support. very dry rooms.

Our coffee maker did not work. Reported it to the staff and they really didn't seem concerned. Had to pay for the coffee atvthe restaurant. Would be nice to have some coffee available in the lobby 24 7. I was charged $10 for parking and didn't even use the parking lot. Still working to get it taken off my cc. Paying for parking in a small town is a rip off. That's for cities. .

The remodeling of the old factory is beautiful. The restaurant was also very beautiful.

Noise! Could hear people in the next room like they were in our room, poor sound proofing. Could hear noise in hallway like there was no door! Door didn't latch tightly. Could hear elevator rumble through our room everytime it was operated! Requested highest floor available and was givin room on first floor #116. Do not stay on first floor near elevators! You will get no sleep!

we had a terrible view overlooking air conditioning and a garage, there was no hotel bar, the hotel makes you use paper cups and does not give wine glasses

No availability of repair personnel for 2 problems we had. 1-shower door wouldn’t open after wife took a shower.glass bottom was installed to close to base. I had to Struggle to open it. 2- TV didn’t work for our 2 day stay.

The AC in the room is loud. The temperature control panel has some bright backlight that is impossible to turned off. Noise insulation is not ideal as you can hear people walking and talking in the corridor. The manager was unhelpful and did not care. Also note that you need to pay to park in the lot.

The location is convenient.

I was in room 108 basically in basement. My view from the windows was at walkway level looking at people’s feet and parking lot tires. I thought the room was creepy. I asked to be moved but it was a Friday night and they were booked. I would never go there again for $308.00 1 night stay. This was the worst view I have ever experienced in a hotel. Also no pool just a workout room.
