Disappointing brunch at Leuca where food was average but expensive and service was very slow

Room is quite small for the price. The pool wasn’t open. I didn’t much like the room service menu and availability- closed at 10 pm.

Modern hotel, very spacious bedroom (which is not so common in NY !), private terrace is a real plus, very pleasant. Nice building architecture as well.

I love staying there! Great location, often great views, friendly staff! The Westlight roof top restaurant/bar is awesome. Dinner at Leuca is expensive but excellent. I try to go if rooms rates are not too high. Lots of competition in terms of Hotels in the area.

From what I could understand you had to make a reservation for the bar area and we weren't even sure what they served so that was annoying. We didn't get a chance to try out any of the food in the hotel this visit, but will certainly stay here again in the future.

The view from our balcony on the 17th floor was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, I loved the water pressure in the shower, and all the little added touches just made us feel welcome. The elevators are fast and you can't beat the location with easy access to everything from the subway to the ferry.

Strange/small “lobby.” Breakfast had to be put on luggage rack to eat inside. Cheap/damaged furnishings and flooring. Difficult to walk around the bed.

The panoramic views as the elevator door opens to your floor. Staff were friendly and fast. In room breakfast was delicious. Le labo toiletries! Hot shower with great water pressure! Chromecast viewing from your phone to the tv. If you don’t want anything from the snack/mini bar just request for them to clear it. High ceilings. Lavazza coffee maker. Welcome cookies 🍪. LOCATION

Comfortable stay in a nice laid-back neighbourhood with great on-site restaurants! Sunset views from the Westlight rooftop bar were outstanding! Service was also excellent ☺️

Front desk not very welcoming, cleaners make a lot of noise which I’ve not come across before. There was literally 4 cleaners in neighbouring room for an hour in the morning making a racket?

Incredibly comfy rooms, nice views from Balcony, Westlight bar and Italian restaurant very nice! When pool opens will be some spot to chill out!

I had expected five star service, but some of the staff were operating on a more three star vibe - carried my own three suitcases to my room, spent probably 5 minutes trying to call for room service (rings and hangs up a bunch of times), front desk doesn’t answer the room phone, etc. if you don’t need any help, you may not notice, and it’s lovely otherwise, but if you need something, the service was surprisingly absent - I ended up ordering out the second time I was left hanging on the phone for room service.

Beautiful! Bed was so comfy and soft. View was so cool - right in the middle of Williamsburg, this place is great.

Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Also made a request for silverware at about 12am that never showed up. Called back front desk and no answer. Ended up eating with hands 🙃😜

Ability to access room top bar was restricted which was surprising. Therefore, no bar available. No place to have breakfast in hotel (must go across the street)

Roof top bar in the evening was excellent, with some very good quality snacks. room was very comfortable with south facing view over Brooklyn from our large balcony. Lobby area is a little dull.
