I wish Booking would just include resort and cleaning fees on the listing rate. I was shocked at final checkout how the price doubled.

The outside could use some weeding. It didn't look great when we entered. The lights in the living room were cool white and very bright with the white walls and no option to tone the lights down. Softer lights would have been nice.

This home had a a great location in Joshua Tree, just off the main road into the National Park! We especially liked the container of filtered water in the frig and the ground coffee and French press. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with essential dishes and cookward.

I wish they have slippers for inside. Floor is cold for bare feet for me.

Very modern and clean interior and deco made our stay special. Small cactus garden was cute although we couldn't use the hammock due to rain. Parking was very convenient.

Honestly the place was perfect, we loved it. Great for 2 couples or a family (probably older kids and not younger). Only thing is that there aren't that many great restaurants around, we were very happy to be able to cook our meals at the house!

Beautiful house, super clean and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Just 15 minutes down the road and you're at the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park! Brilliant place to stay. Loved the outdoor patio (was mostly too hot to use but we ate breakfast outdoors).

Absolutely nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed this property.

The house was light and airy with a great minimalist vibe. It was decorated perfectly for the location with hints to the desert throughout. Everything was clean and comfortable. We immediately noticed that the glasses and mugs were spotless. The live plants were a great addition. The house is well cared for and the owners appreciated the same respect. We enjoyed the hammocks out front and the fireplace out back. So close to both the shops in Joshua Tree and the park gates. Perfect accommodations that we would visit again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Didn’t feel safe, way to open(front door had no blind) main gate was free to open driveway free to open. Dog barked all night did not feel safe. Over priced check in/out time meh. Did not get instructions manual prior to stay. Some things I had to ask host via text and did not know there were outside lighting and had to navigate in the dark. One day after my stay I received instructions. The area is very rural untamed. My daughter did not want to stay we didn’t sleep just stay in the living area all night didn’t sleep really. Didn’t feel freshly clean just as if it was cleaned once before. Didn’t use towels or anything.

Beautiful interior design. Host responsive. Netflix included.

Cockroaches (messaged the property and was told sorry it’s the desert but I live in the desert and do not get cockroaches). Also some of the surrounding houses were very run down. The bed was very hard and the shower curtain was old, discolored, and smelled of mildew.

Overall nicely designed and generally good location though nearby properties were run down and there was some debris and trash in the yard.
