The elevator situation is so ridiculous it will keep me from staying there again

The room wasn't ready at check in time. The cleaning people shampooed the furniture so it was really wet for the 1st day. The faucet in kitchen was broken and constantly leaked, so did the guest bathroom shower. The full sized bed in guest bedroom was super loose and felt like it was going to fall apart, same as the living room coffee table very unsafe for the child with us. The living room rug really needs to be cleaned or thrown away.

Our room needed changed cause our first room we saw many cockroaches. That was a huge inconvenience and the wait for elevators.

the beds were hard and uncomfortable. There wasn’t anything in the condo like soap and other kitchen necessities that you would normally have in a condo. The elevators took way too long. Most of the time we had to take the stairs bc it was taking too long.

The condo could use some updating as far as living room furniture, we couldn't plug the bedroom tv in because the cord was too short, the light on the balcony wasn't working because the bulb was broken in half and lastly we didn't have any of the aforementioned toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.)

The location was awesome! It was directly on the beach, right up the road from Pier Park and about 10 minutes from several restaurants and other shopping. The receptionist were friendly and we weren't hassled which was a plus for me because some places treat you like you aren't a patron and make you feel like you're a criminal or something.

And to they say that clean so good cuz of COVID well I got it didn’t find out til I got home I was sick but on there cabinet door only says it clean with dishwashing liquid my so. Couldn’t get through his bracelet wouldn’t work he told the lobby ppl late evening they wouldn’t fix it or let him through he had to wait for someone to come through that stayed there which was 30 minutes so he could come up to the condo the condo run down the table had rust spots in it hardly any dishes to cook with sad

The condo well first the plug cover was missing repairman fixed the next day the dryer handle was gone the beds were awful hard as concrete # 1214 we told the repairman he said would write it down sweet guy

Door to balcony wouldn't open. Dryer filter was missing. We found live 4 roaches in the living room. Cost ($1200+ - Including a $300+ management fee and taxes above and beyond the base rental cost.) was high for a 3 night stay. ELEVATORS WERE OFTEN VERY SLOW with LONG WAITS.

The hot tub jets don’t work , not the cleanest place and the beds were uncomfortable.

Starbucks and the ramp for the beach and they offered nice beach wheelchairs if needed with big tires for easy sand access. The sauna and steam room definitely a plus those were amazing just wish they had one for a family to sit in together instead of being in the females and males bathrooms separate. The workout room also had 2 indoor hot tubs super warm and nice but the jets don’t work good, but you can still see the beach from the indoor hot tubs! I thought it was neat they offered shopping carts to get your groceries from your car to your room easy instead of having to use the luggage carts. Be prepared to have to check them out though and leave your id until you return it! One side of the towers around the pool and hot tub had a mini tiki bar for drinks & the other side had a mini Starbucks and store for beach gear and drinks as well.

Ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work and kept making a humming noise and needed to be replaced. The kitchen ceiling light was full of bugs. The refrigerator icemaker did not seem to make ice properly as it was empty and you could only get 2 cups of ice a day, and there was no broom in the unit.

Misleading website, BUT the customer service made it right immediately!

There was a bit of confusion bc the room advertised was not the room I was assigned. I called and they checked the online a saw the advertisement was wrong as well and I was assigned another room and was given an upgrade due to inconvenience. I LOVE this place and the customer service was TOP TIER! I only stay at this location when I visit Panama City!

The ONLY thing that really made me sad was the very long waits for the elevator. And on our very last day prior to checking out, we could not come down to the lobby with our luggage because the elevator was not working. We were stuck on the 18th floor for more than 2 hrs with the kids crying and everyone upset.😭😭😭😭 Hope you guys get them fixed so no one else goes through this experience.

We absolutely loved everything about our trip to Panama City Beach and our stay at Tidewater Beach ⛱️ Resort. 🥰 The resort was absolutely beautiful and spacious. With a wonderful view to the Beach. Loved waking up in the morning 🌄 to the beautiful view!😍 Definitely will be coming back.

Elevators and make sure you have your code if you booking with Booking.com because it may take hours to get in your room they are hard to get a hold of

we had a hard time getting in our room the first day we couldn’t get a hold of the Booking.com people and it took us 4 hours to get a code to our door the elevator wait on the weekend was long but started to clean out more in the week it was always packed and could take along while besides that it was purfect we were in room 1815 and the room and view was worth the mess up the day we got there I would stay again had two big pools outside one in Starbucks that had ice cream and coffee we didn’t go to the restaurant

Nothing in the condo was as described. It said no pets allowed yet there were pets everywhere. My husband is allergic to pets and that’s why we reserved there and come to find out our condo was full of pet dander. There was hair everywhere, like literally everywhere anyone can imagine… from floors, to balcony, to bed. There were tiny roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Staff was very rude and don’t want to help in any way if you had booked online. Panhandle getaways we’re very rude as well and didn’t want to help us and our situation in any way just wanted us to basically leave ASAP when told them about our issues. In addition, security are racist and they kicked me out for wearing my religious clothing over my gym attire when exercising. Pools were suppose to open at 8. We went there 8:30 to each one and none were open they said maintenance needs to open them and none of them can help us. Nothing in the condo is as described on website and your definitely not getting what you paid for.

I honestly just liked the view of the beach.
