I had to call to get my door code. It was not given at check-in. I had to call to get the parking garage code because I could not get through the gate. The code was supposed to be sent to my email, but it was not. Check out at 10 a.m. is too soon; 11:00 a.m. is standard. Almost all of the carts were locked up the night before checkout which was a problem; when they were encouraging people to pack their cars the night before.

Nice place to stay with a great ocean view and beautiful beach! The property was close to the pier and the facilities offered a lot of options in terms of entertainment.

The room's walls were dirty. The floors were very dirty. If we didn't wear our shoes our feet and/or sock were black on the bottom. There were those small German cockroaches all in the kitchen so we made sure to keep all groceries in the fridge. We had to throw out an entire sheet of baked cookies because there were at least 10 roaches crawling across them. The elevators were always down. There were 7 to choose from but the day we checked out only 1 was working and it took us from 7am until almost 11am to get everything loaded in our van to leave. It sounds like a lot of bad but we really did enjoy ourselves and my family had a fun time.

Proximity to attractions. Right on the beach. Good wifi. Friendly staff. Panhandle getaways helped when I needed to call them. They were all super nice.

The elevators were terrible, we had to wait a while every time we needed to use one. We took the stairs a lot which wasn’t ideal because we were on the 8th floor. We had to wait almost 20 minutes to get an elevator when we first got there to bring our luggage up.

The room was very nice and had plenty of room, exactly as pictured.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable but that's all I had uses with.

The long waits for the elevators are not acceptable. When we stripped the bunk bed before departure we found the tucked in area to be extremely soiled (feces).

The condo wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. It was kinda gross to be honest. The couch in the living room was disgusting and I didn’t want the kids to sit on it. Everything in our condo was very dated and the lamps were even rusted. The dishes were dirty. The bathrooms had moldy/mildew shower curtains. One of the bunk beds had a big chunk of wood missing. We definitely won’t stay here in the future.

The condo wasn't clean. We purchased some cleaners and a Swifter to clean all the floors. We basically cleaned the entire place.

Bugs outdated run down Never ever experienced anything like this before at Tidewater

Tidewater has always been our go to place in PCB. Best units every year for last 8+ First time using Panhandle getaways their units were horrible

There are roaches in this hotel!!! Also, both of my children got lice from the beds here. I will not stay here again. Clearly, staff isnt actually cleaning these rooms.

I liked that the room had a washer and dryer in the unit. We stayed in 2307. The washer came in handy since the room had roaches and we didnt want to bring them home. We also had a vaccum cleaner in the room. We used it to vaccum the luggage out too before we packed, just in case a roach crawled inside. The pools were great. They have a tiki bar and an icee place by the pool. Theres a short boardwalk to a beautiful beach and clear ocean. Very nice. The AC works great and theres good water pressure but the faucet will only let you shower so that makes it difficult if you have kids with you.

Your elevators SUUUUUCK! Fix them. Boardwalk has weeds growing up thru the boards, looks low class. My unit had cheap, uncomfortable furniture they apparently bought at a yard sale. TV was an antique SANYO.

My only complaint was that the elevators were very slow. I wish somehow they could improve the wait times for them.

The location and security staff. We arrived at almost 3 in the morning and they were so helpful and kind. Every time we saw them they were always happy and asked if they could help us in anyway.
