Took forever to get the coffee maker to work. Air conditioner barely kept the room cool. No pool. Internet quit working so we couldn't watch TV. Had to use my mobile Hotspot to watch TV.

The bed was heavenly.

The heat didn’t work the whole time we were there, our room number was 124.

We liked the close proximity to area attractions and restaurants.

There were no hangers for clothes, our refrigerator didn't work and was smelly, the noise level was not blocked by the door or windows (this is a motel style building), there was only one bath towel for 2 adults, and tub didn't drain all that well.

For the price... The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The walk to downtown was good, just a little hilly. Parking was easy.

It seems like that poor girl at the front desk has to carry out all the duties of running the motel, which is ridiculous. Ownership needs to pocket less money and hire additional help. - Broken window on ramp - Broken hooks on the bathroom door - No cups were provided to at least make instant coffee in the microwave -Faucet already damaged

- I was allowed to check in earlier based on availability- Thank You! - The "do-it-all" gal was very nice and accommodating - Hot water and recently remodeled rooms

The showers need to be upgraded.

Still needing some upgrades in the showers. The upgrades they did do were great. So easy to walk to everything. The staff was great. They have upgraded google tvs, the rooms were so cute! Little western style rooms. We gotta go deal on booking. They also rent UTVs.

The blanket to replace the other one doesn’t fit the bed. It’s a queen blanket and should be a king blanket .

There is no breakfast. And the location is ok.

I really liked The Farmhouse five that it was decorated with it was a very nice room the only thing is that there was no one there and they did not have the Wi-Fi or anything to give us

The carpet was horrible and I’m glad I always bring house shoes so the floor definitely needs to be replaced because the carpet was badly stained . The noise was terrible you could hear all the noises outside from the street traffic to those outside your room talking. So I did not sleep well from the street noises Not enough toilet paper provided for the amount of time we were staying and the towels were old. We did request more toilet paper and towels and was given that the second time we asked. I do think the lady that works there needs help she seemed like she was having to do everything all by herself so I’m sure that’s why we had to ask a second time.

I liked the bed it was comfortable to me, very fluffy I liked that you could walk to downtown. The tv was nice, we brought our own coffee pot but they did have one in the room. There was a mini refrigerator and microwave . The heat worked well. Room was clean

No room service. Had to ask for towels. No sheet changes, no vacuum etc. Door had a big gap around it. Could see outside lights and at 28 degrees outside, let cold air in. The room was close to main road and every LOUD. People talking, traffic running, every noise could be heard.

Bed was great They are pet friendly.

There seemed to be only the owner working. Mostly this effected our check out in that there wasn't anyone at the office in the morning. The phone number left was a fax line... We ended up going to breakfast and coming back to check out. Maybe have a lock box to drop keys off for people wanting an early check out?

This was an affordable option to be in down town Gatlinburg. The motel itself is old and could use some upgrades, but the new owner is working hard to keep it clean, and the beds and linens are comfortable.

The hostess was very friendly but in the room they have a problem with the electricity in the wall and the jacuzzi does not keep the water.

The coffee pot definitely needs to be smaller like a 4 cup pot or at least have sample packs for a pot instead of one cup at a time

The light in the bathroom the main light with the fan didn't work, needs more lighting too dark in room but it was till a good stay. & the corners of the bed I always stubbed my toe everytime I went to bathroom it sticks out to far,

It wasn't bad location, not in town but took 4 mins to walk to downtown. It was comfortable and cozy.

This is clearly a renovated property. The pictures are deceiving. The carpets had not been replaced so there are stains, the pillow shams, sheets, and comforter still contained hair from those staying before us. As well as the towels in the bathroom. Would not recommend staying here. After spending 169$, we expected a clean stay and Timber Ridge Lodge did not deliver.

Bad location, way off main strip. The pictures on site didn’t match the room. The air conditioning unit in our room had a whole mans finger width gap showing the outside.
